First off, hats off to the Devs for making this awesome and an almost perfect racing game for me. I had a blast playing all the way through the end of the campaign. Sure the story is not the best but it kind of works and enjoyed most of it. For someone who knows very little knowledge of the inner workings of a car, this game actually gave me the feeling of "The Need For Speed Underground 2 but in Japan feeling". This is the game I was looking for all this time since!

Some Critiques:

• The rain mechanic is sometimes too much cars cannot be thaaat slippery right?
  
• Optimization issues, even a mate of mine who has a beast of a PC has frame loss and lag issues but I'll give this a pass since the Devs actually reply to us and are very active which is great!
  
• Multi save function, it would be nice to have those in the future since the only way for you to grind again is deleting your save file on your local appdata folder but I'm not sure how that works anymore since I haven't tried it since latest update with cloud save.
  
• Spinning tires in the drift school Drag race but the actual Drag race events tires don't spin on the car models but the game says it does.
  
• Speaking of Drag race, Badger does not move during his mission.
  
• Some of the AI racers and AI traffic could use a bit of fixing but I'm more into better AI racers.
  
• Not really a critique but would be sweet to add some other unusual JDM some of the world have never seen!
  
• I know I talked about optimization but maybe more traffic in the city and more tuner cars parked in the "Daikoku" area also NPC racers just driving around and can be challenged? And again probably too much but NPC tuner cars driving around, in and out of the "Daikoku"? This won't be a priority but something to have a look into the future :)
  
  This is all I can think about at the moment I may add more since I want to continue playing lol

As of this review the game is good I enjoyed it If you played Runescape at any point in your life, give this one a try! But don't let this review distract you from the fact that there was no "Log Out" or "Quit" button a week ago. They only added it a few days ago meaning...... you weren't supposed to close the game or quit until someone out there beat the game. Hmmmmmmm

Update: seems the "Lag" issue has not occurred so it's good now

Update 18 April 2025: I completely forgot this game was installed in my library lmao. Anyways this became such a snooze fest so quick. Can't recommend it at the moment

This has been one of the most fun unforgiving, broken and question your sanity and morals type of game. Recommended

Update: The game improved to the point I have not crashed since December last year. Also I liked the additional content they added for free. This game is playable and fun now.

Old Review: At the moment I can't recommend this game (Review may subject to change). Biggest problem for me was the amount of times it crashes even after the patch. A tiny negative thing is campaign is way too short. the Chaos Theory mode will act as an extended campaign i guess?

One of the best games I've ever played.

Why hate on this? Its a fun game... sure has lots of cons here and there but if you give it time it might update to a better game. IDK if its a pay to win game yet because only played 3 hrs when I typed this review.
