I can't say much about single player experience, as I barely dabbed into it. I did spend a bit of time to play multiplayer though, and even I'm casual that plays from time to time, I do enjoy it very much. Being Starcraft I&II fan, I still find CoH2 to be a very unique offer on RTS market. I strongly recommend this title, it is rare to see a game that has constant dev's attention 5years after release. I wish I had more time to play this. All those complaining about balance and stuff - git gut.
