My only regret is that I didn't play it straight through the night in one session. I think that would have added to the experience. I guess that's what the DLC is for!

I'm reserving this space for a proper review at some point. Please do yourself a favor and spend the time to get through all of the main endings. Don't worry, repetition is minimal.

Okay, Overall, I don't know if I could recommend this game. I'm saying yes because I did have fun with it. If you already own the game, or find it on deep discount, and really wanted to give it a go, I think you'll find a really great game covered in just one too many flaws.

Angry Joe and ACG both have some good base reviews of the game that go into a more thorough detail.

I honestly think that a revamped fast travel system would make a few of the other flaws must more tolerable. You'd be able to skip the static respawning mob packs and save HOURS worth of time on just running across the countryside.

And there is not a dang horse in sight.

However....The melee combat is fantastic. Fun, interesting, and useful abilities allow you to be kitted for whatever you're about to encounter. I just sucks that one of the Fighter's lung abilities is how I'd travel faster than running after some stamina boosts.

If you're determined to play it, you'll have the same fun and you'll feel the same pains. If you're on the fence... I'm not going to be the guy to try to convince you to play it.

It's fun.
