Bad: Tutorial is confusing. UI is not intuitive. Gameplay may not be accessible for some.
Good: Complex gameplay, compelling stories, top-tier voice acting and characters so pathetic and silly you want them to be your friends (or spouse. whichever). Project Moon does good work in maintaining transparency and keeping people updated. Generous compensation for issues when it arises.
I love this game.

Supremely cool application to display artwork

Rather interesting gameplay, takes a wee bit of time to figure out, but otherwise managable. Now you're less likely to starve but more likely to be starved for love.

Forgot to add a few things. These are mainly comparisons to TtM. Purely my opinion.
1. Game still controls like butts. Slow movements. Clicking here and there is a tad tedious.
2. Resolution is still eensy weensy. But still ok.
3. Writing has improved greatly. Dialogues feel less forced, references/ bad jokes toned down quite a bit, which is a positive in my book.
4. I'm not a music critic but I liked the music.

Worth it despite the faults. Good sequel. Would say that playing A Bird Story helps twist the knife deeper.
