⛳🍖🎫 Performance review for Gut3k 🌽🌸🥗

Keen to put their own ideas across, but Gut3k does not give others the chance to express their view. May be tempted to overlook the input of others. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Gut3k sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws. Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff.
