I heard what happened on that VAC discussion you're talking about. If not all factors you and the other users said, then there are traces in your PC where you used that smurf account to cheat in.

If I were you, I'd nuke the PC (reinstall the OS) before playing on main account, because third party cheats tend to leave traces behind.
