This game is the introduction to the series for me. I haven't played any other Personas at the time of writing this review. So of course I will NOT be comparing ANY of the other Persona games. But I'll split this review up into 4 main components, Story, Characters, Soundtrack, and Gameplay.

Story: The story is what carries this game. Everytime a big event happens it leaves me wanting to play more to figure out what happens next. Only thing is, the game can get sloooow sometimes and big events wont happen for a couple hours of playtime. I was even a little spoiled on the story but I was still wanting to figure out more, it still managed to keep me engaged with all the unknowns it throws at you. But overall, I loved it! It has plenty of sad and happy moments to keep you satisfied I think.

Characters: This game actually managed to have no characters I really hate. Now to be fair I haven't experienced EVERY character that you can interact with. But with the ones I have seen, I liked all of them. Now of course I liked some more than others but the main group you hang out with is fantastic! It's really just like you're hanging out with a bunch of high school kids. Now with the side characters or the "Social Links" as the game calls it, there could be better. I found myself sometimes wanting to skip through some peoples social links or just ignore them all together. But when you do find one that you like, its pretty enjoyable! Though I know romancing isn't a HUGE part of the game, it would've been nice if you could've done more with them. The antagonists are amazing as well! But I don't have much to say about them.

Soundtrack: Now this is where Persona SHINES. I mean the music is what the game is mainly known for, at least that's how I found about it. I don't know what ATLUS was cooking when they made this soundtrack but it could make Gordon Ramsey proud. You could listen to some music 5000 times and never get bored of it! It was also such a good feeling to hear new music you haven't heard before and it still bang as good or even better than the other songs! It's so good in fact that some songs even made it to the playlist I'll listen to outside of my house.

Gameplay: Now this is a tricky one. On one side I loved the gameplay, but on the other I found myself getting bored and just only playing for like an hour in a single day just because I wasn't motivated to keep playing. You'll spend most of your time in game in Tartarus, it's like a dungeon styled tower that you climb while defeating the enemies called Shadows. It's all turn based fighting as well, which is kinda my first experience playing a game like this. But Tartarus can either be so fun or just such a snoozefest its insane! Sometimes it just feels like a chore fighting shadows to level up and to climb higher. But the game does keep it interesting sometimes, you'll meet gatekeepers here and there which are mini boss fights, and they can be pretty fun! Now when you're not in Tartarus, you're just a normal school kid living life. You go around doing the Social Links I mentioned before, raising your stats, or by hanging out with your group members to gain some sort of benefit to help you in Tartarus. I can really just best explain it as the game just becomes a typical slice of life.

Overall I really enjoyed the game and I do plan on playing Persona 4 and 5. The game does have some slow times but overall it's a really fun experience that I'll probably never shut up about! I'm always so excited to talk to people about this game and just discuss story events or characters or whatever! It's not a game for everyone, but if you do fall into it's target audience you'll love it so much! Yes it is a long game, but it's so worth it in the end.

I was curious to see what the hype was about, and after finishing the DLC. This is probably the best DLC for any game ever, CDPR really outdid themselves!

This game kicked me in the balls, chopped my ♥♥♥♥ off and threw me against a wall.
Very fun game, enjoyed a lot. Probs the most fun challenging game I've ever played. Don't know why I didn't play sooner.

This is a really good sim, fun with friends and it has good aircraft. Though the A320 needs a lot of work, members in the community are working on it though! The smaller GA planes are amazing and I have no issues with them! Live weather is good but it doesnt simulate wind, lets hope that comes soon. The download for the sim is 96 GB and its a bit slow, i ran it while i was sleeping so idk how long it took. Some people around saying around 1-3 hours. The scenery is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing and i dont have a lot of issues with it.

From a flight sim standpoint, this sim is actually really good. I recommend it to anyone from a flight sim standpoint and a casual standpoint.

This game is good, but if you play it you will most likely find a issue with something and you will have to spend 30+ min just trying to find a fix instead of playing the game. The devs would rather add more stuff into the game then actually fix the massive amount of game breaking bugs. Huge airports are impossible to build due to the terrible airport staff and passenger AI. Ground vehicles are also broken, it will seem that many of them will get stuck and cause huge traffic jams making airplanes delayed a lot. The airport staff AI is TERRIBLE, they will just idle and no go work. If a plane needs passengers boarded sometimes staff wont go to the gate or would rather go to a staff room on the other side of the terminal rather than one right by the gates.

If you are thinking about getting this game, either get it on sale or just wait for more updates. In its current state the game is a ♥♥♥♥♥ to play and I always find myself having bad times just trying to get things working. Sometimes you can be lucky and everything would work but right now 70% of the time something will go wrong and it will break your entire airport.

Please developers of the game, if you are seeing this fix your AI pleeeease stop adding more ♥♥♥♥ that will break the game even more! We want fixes not features! The features can wait the fixes cant!

Bring back Mt Dione, its what made this game original and it should of stayed that way. Now its just like every other battle royale ever made. Stop being bland and go back to mt dione!

Honestly it was difficult thinking if I should recommend this game or not, its great when its working but when its not its just annoying. The single player is great dont get me wrong, but the multiplayer is terrible.

When trying to join private lobbies, if you type the name and password correctly it wont let you in. No matter what and it seems like everytime I get on I just always have this issue no matter what. The game is nearly 5 months old and they still have not fixed this issue yet. Its infuriating.

The tornados are decent, its rare for them to hit towns which is annoying and most of the time you would have these long periods of time where you will have no tornados what so ever. I dont know if this was intentional but if it was at least make it shorter. The tornado form is pretty good also! The destruction is also good!

Now it is very hard to level up on here, I played for 7 hours and I am only level 5. It should be a little easier to get points. And here is an annoying issue if you have a lot of points and you leave the session, you lose all of those points. Meaning you have to wait until they get cashed in to leave the session. That is very annoying.

The game is alright, I think it needs a lot of fixes for the amount of bugs. They really have to dedicate an entire update to just fixing bugs, at least the annoying multiplayer issues. But if you just want to play single player the game is good, its fun but can seem very empty and lonely sometimes. I hope they could add traffic ai maybe to make it seem more lively.

Im going to recommend this game if you just want to play single player and some multiplayer. But if you only want to play multiplayer with friends, I say maybe give the game some more time. The annoying private match issue is game breaking. So maybe wait for more updates and make sure you read all of the patch notes.

So a ♥♥♥♥ ton changed after my review. The game is now better than ever! Now you can get hours of gameplay out of this! Its amazing!

Every update brings something new to the table, like colonies, starlink, Mars and more! The dev is always wanting to improve the game and fix bugs and thats amazing. This game does not have a lot of bugs, honestly its rare to run into one.

People usually bash Unity games because they are made by Devs who dont know what they are doing. But this is a prime example that Unity games can be amazing if they are in the right hands!

Now time to do a TL;DR pros and cons type deal...

Pros:
-Hours of gameplay (at least with the new Mars update soon!)
-Not a lot of bugs (even in beta versions)
-Amazing devs wanting to fix every problem with this game!
-Amazing models
-Nice art style
-Every update brings something amazing to the game
-Great soundtrack
-Nice clean UI
-The Dev is willing to listen to ur suggestions and might even put it into the game!
-A lot of giveaways happen in the EarthX discord server!

Cons:
-Weird build mode, its just weird and slow to move things around
-You can sometimes get a huge streak of just rockets exploding even if its at 99% reliability.
-Gameplay can seem repetitive at times and not challenging (tho a hard mode is coming soon)


But all in all this game is honestly amazing. Even if I dont play it I can see how some people put 100 hours or so on this game. It has good graphics, good UI, and just good gameplay. I really do recommend this game if anyone wants some type of SpaceXish Space Tycoon game.

As a person who has been supporting this game for a long time I am so happy to see how its turning out! I cant wait for final release. Good job Denis and Rykllan for making this amazing game, keep up the good work!
