My fellow Victorians.

It has come to my attention that more and more of the residents of postcodes 3038, 3064, 3047, 3060, 3012, 3032, 3055, 3042, 3021 and 3046 are attempting to illegally cross into the rest of Melbourne.
When these postcodes send their people, they are not sending their best.

They are sending the people that have a lot of problems. They are bringing their viruses. They are bringing their weird views towards social distancing and hygiene. They are kissers. They are huggers.
And some, I assume, are good people.

So I have decided to build a wall around the postcodes 3038, 3064, 3047, 3060, 3012, 3032, 3055, 3042, 3021 and 3046. And believe me, I will build it very inexpensively, I will build a great, great wall, to protect the rest of our beautiful state. And nobody builds walls better than me. Believe me.

And I will have the residents of postcodes 3038, 3064, 3047, 3060, 3012, 3032, 3055, 3042, 3021 and 3046 pay for the wall.
