Genuinely the most beautiful game I've ever played. The only thing I could possibly say was even slightly annoying about it was how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I am compared to the tree guardian LMFAO

Literally just a dopamine feed. Take Diablo, mix it with WOW, and then add a little spritz of crystal meth/adderall. Grind fest.

This game is literally the worst fighting game I've played across my entire life.

The character balancing is worse than Mortal Kombat, there's cheaters rampant who either have infinite health or infinite ability gauge, the controls are unresponsive half the time. The story is uninteresting, and that's coming from a HUGE anime and manga fan.

If you try online, good luck! Every match is either a cheater, or a kid who literally just button mashes the same light attack over and over and spams (also horribly balanced) abilities that you're unable to block and that take a quarter of your health bar.

Don't even get me started on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AI. A level system in a fighting game is just about the most dumb move I've ever seen in game development, and I say that comparing it to the disaster that is games like 2K22. The AIs ALSO have infinite ability bars and god forbid they somehow manage to use their ultimate in the beginning of the match!

This is literally the biggest waste of money I've ever had the chance to play, and I bought it for 7 dollars. I would have rather bought 7 McChickens than to buy this game. It is honestly the least enjoyable game I have ever played, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to have the slightest bit of fun in a game.

Long story short, go buy Storm 4 instead of this heaping junk of bullshittery. I'm glad it's shutting down soon.

The game pre-release was a gem, still is. However, the new player base (especially with controller players unable to move around as efficiently as a pc player) is full of people camping, portal camping, etc...
The community is more annoying to play against/with than the cold war release player base. Whether it's portal blocking, teammates not playing OBJ, the list just goes on. It's un-enjoyable.
I've supported Splitgate for a while, since before it even became a big thing. I've spent some money on it and all. It's just not really what it once was, which is funny to say because it's more popular than ever.
Love the game, but still don't recommend it solely because of the community.

The game is simple, but to the point that it's obvious it's developers were just lazy. The maps are absolutely horrendous. I mean horrible. The hit reg, if it plays in your favor, will take about 1 second to actually kill the player after you hit them which normally ends up in just trading.
Weapons/bullet drag was just lazy, player models were lazy, weapon models were lazy.
