The VAC ban displayed on my profile was due to my Steam account being stolen for a short amount of time. During this time, this hacker sabotaged my account by getting me banned in PUBG, a game I have not played since 2017 and did not even have installed at the occurrence of the ban. I provided clear data proving that this was a hacker in a foreign place who had done this sabotaging to PUBG support. Abusing their power, they refused to inspect any of this data. I now have this demerit falsely displayed on my profile because of idiotic support. :)
