Skyrim... what to say. 100 hours on my old 360, more than 500 hours on the legendary edition and a bit more than 50 hours on SE. Skyrim is that one game you play, play a bit more, install tons of mods, get tired. Play something else, after awhile you get back to skyrim and play again. The best part is the starting point, when you are just a little worm with only the "fus" in your mouth.
Skyrim is ethernal, with all the bugs and stuff, all the mods, is the greatest non multiplayer RPG that every enthusiastic MUST play at least once before die.
