Receita Bolo de Iogurte

6 Ovos
1 Iogurte de ananás (aroma)
3 Medidas de farinha
3 Medidas de açúcar
2 Colheres de café de fermento
½ Medida de óleo

1. Comece por bater muito bem as gemas com 2 medidas de açúcar. De seguida junte o óleo, a farinha, o fermento e o iogurte e continue a bater. Por fim junte as claras que foram previamente batidas em castelo com uma medida de açúcar.

2. Deite a massa numa forma bem untada (com margarina e farinha) e leve ao forno quente. Mantenha o bolo a cozer numa temperatura de cerca de 180/190 graus.
