great chess-like stealth game. has pretty short story, but great gameplay. has some very nice workshop options and great community. the only thing I miss at this moment is more scripted missions: even though procedural generation does its job very well, sometimes you want to see something handcrafted and unique like the two story missions we have.

Why they made it so plastic? Look how he throws molotovs or how cars blows. And health regeneration, even on «classic» mode? It's still a good story and I'd like to follow it from scratch, but looks like the gameplay itself got worse and kinda arcade. These stars for crimes add something to it too. Faces looked better in Heavy Rain of early 10's.

As for pros, I kinda liked manual transmission. Not impressed by cars' behavior though.

хватило на несколько часов. первая игра из серии total war. ощущается как очень локальная цивилизация. что не понравилось в двух словах:

× ветка развитий. во-первых, всё открытия и постройки в духе +10% к тому, +10 процентов к другому. никаких особых перков, только цифры, а потом всё сливается воедино. во-вторых: смотришь на ветку, которую невозможно открыть/изучить сейчас, кликаешь – пишет, что дает, и какое здание требуется. а вот какая ветка требуется для постройки этого необходимого знания – это не, сам как-нибудь. либо я не понял прост. в той же цивилизации можно нажать на любую картинку или ссылку и узнать, что требуется для постройки.
× в целом, мне нравится азия, и я был готов к сложностям. по крайней мере, я так думал. но всё же имён азиатских – просто масса, и за всеми едва ли уследишь. у кого кто родился, где он вообще находится на карте, кто кому войну объявил – тонна информации, которую сложно воспринять. и, вроде бы, хочется попробовать, но в этот момент думаешь: а оно того стоит? короч, вернул. 2.5к за такое «счастье» – увольте.

Не стал бы оставлять отзыв, если бы средняя оценка не значилась как «смешанная». Штука отличная. Побольше бы таких.

ps.
поменял на негативный отзыв, потому что с переводом на free-to-play проект полностью потерял свой шарм. когда завезли ботов, играть онлайн стало просто неинтересно. с людьми было замечательно по началу.

завезли бы хотя бы галочку тип «исключить бои с ботами при отсутствии игроков», прикрутите какое-нибудь уведомление для мобильных пользователей мол «есть игрок, желающий сразиться!», если онлайн низкий – чтобы был постоянный матчмейкинг. опять же, можно даже дать пользователям задать время дня, когда они хотят присутствовать в лобби.

no regrets here. engaging enough, fun, a little scary at times. nice story.

too many scripted scenes. actually, it's all about the scripting and you managing to sweep in between. AI, is silly, not alive-looking and easy to eliminate. this game doesn't need more locations -- first things first, it desperately needs more immersive NPC behavior. they should react faster, get scared in a more immersive way like ≈ they should beg you for mercy when you pointing your gun at them or something, they should stumping and falling down trying to run away from your shots. I'm not a maniac asking this, but this is what life and death is about; and the game is all about inevitable death. killing in gothic 2 felt much more real.

the whole game mechanic is to memorize all the scripted behavior which is killing already dead immersiveness. the main plot is almost non-existent.

I don't get it. It feels like MMORPG, but without people, quests or storyline… Isn't the world too big for 50 players? Yeah, I barely played it, I know, but I don't like games where I should invent how to entertain myself, because I can do it in real life anyway. Games should capture attention, right?

However! I really liked those huge NPCs in videos. I'd like to see these battles in some story context. It also would be great to have at least one city with ally NPC, dialogs etc. Player is abandoned from the begining and it's frustrating. I don't wanna ask globally from some other players in chat about all the rules, about what should I do etc, because it's METAGAME. Our characters are not telepaths.

The game is so bad that all players who bought this should have a special access to some DLCs from the Dying Light 2. Like if you agree, so devs could see it.

Who cares about all these silly looking skins in such a gloomy setting? Really, the only thing your "cool" suit reveals is the lack of any taste on your side. Take a look at those screenshots: they may look good only for 14 yo kids who just don't know/care about aesthetics. Okay, devs want to make some lazy profit selling textures, but why the world in this game looks so oversaturated? I mean, I can totally live with one more lootbox game with a mindless target audience, but the UGLY half-sequel made by the same studio? The original title was too good to make such a rainbow-colored crap of it.
Even though I got it with a huge price-off, it made me feel really terrible -- just by the mere fact they thought I may like it. Also it will obviously become f2p someday. so why have I lost my money, again?
