Early Access Review
The game is so bad that all players who bought this should have a special access to some DLCs from the Dying Light 2. Like if you agree, so devs could see it.

The original review:

Who cares about all these silly looking skins in such a gloomy setting? Really, the only thing your "cool" suit reveals is the lack of any taste on your side. Take a look at those screenshots: they may look good only for 14 yo kids who just don't know/care about aesthetics. Okay, devs want to make some lazy profit selling textures, but why the world in this game looks so oversaturated? I mean, I can totally live with one more lootbox game with a mindless target audience, but the UGLY half-sequel made by the same studio? The original title was too good to make such a rainbow-colored crap of it.
Even though I got it with a huge price-off, it made me feel really terrible -- just by the mere fact they thought I may like it. Also it will obviously become f2p someday. so why have I lost my money, again?

Yeah I understand.

I've been given the opportunity to give Bad Blood a go, which I'll do so today and get a feel for it.

But I wouldn't of bought it myself because of how similar I believe it to be to the first game in terms of graphics, weapons and gameplay.

Plus I've never got into battle Royale.

I do agree the game might have to go F2p with some sort of microtransactions, skins wouldn't be enough.
Actually instead of f2p, you should have to buy the original Dying Light to receive this

don't know really, but it's kind of game that builds on a good online. so, when there're no players, it's impossible to play it. taking into account its so-so reviews, I guess new players should be reluctant to buy it, at least for now. so either devs make some radical improvements to make it really interesting for this money (and making current community change their reviews), or they make it free hoping that new players will buy that silly skins making the game profitable this way. this is how I see it. even though I just started to replay original Dying Light and still have some fun, I don't see myself playing /this/, not in 0.3.0 and probably not in 1.0. it's too arcade and not that deep in any way.

ps.
and, once again, it looks awful. post-apocalyptic survival became some miami beach with pink panties.
