Okay, yep, I'm hooked. It has a bit of a learning curve but when it clicks it's a rush. I can feel that familiar rhythm game tug on my time towards the higher difficulty and I'm sure I'll play a lot more of this.

Edit: As suspected, it really does have a steep initial learning curve. It's not as immediately accessible as beat saber but once over that initial hump I truly think there's enough complexity and a high enough skill ceiling combined with a developer that gives enough attention to the community with lots of frequent updates that this is going to be one of my all-time favourite *games*, not just VR games. I'm utterly in love with it.
