If you want to see pros and cons/tldr, scroll to bottom!

Kinda wish there would be neutral option, because I dont want to recommend or not recommend this game. Ive played both previous games on PC and on PS3, completed both on apocalyptic and like them both very much. First and second games were much different from each other but in a good way. This is just trying to be dark souls too damn much.

Lets start with dark souls resemblances. You die, you drop your souls. You level up by paying souls to Vulgrim. You pick up "lurcher clumps" which you can crush for souls. Previous games had map, this doesnt. No quest log or anything to see what your objectives are. The combat was so similar to dark souls that they had to make an option to choose either "Classic" or "Default" combat, classic being more like the old games and default being more like dark souls. I wont go in-depth with differences of them, but i understand why people were mad because the game is supposed to be dark siders, not dark souls. Also leveling up the weapons is very similar to dark souls. I completely understand trying to get new ideas from other games but this just goes too far. I enjoyed previous games because their unique feeling, now it feels like im playing dark souls with Fury. Theres probably more resemblances to dark souls but yall get the point. Lets move on.

Ive only played the game for little over 6 hours now that Im writing this review, so Im probably modifying it after playing it more, maybe deleting it and making a completely new who knows. Also much of this is based on the fact that Im fan of the previous games, meaning Im comparing this to them so my points might not be objective.

Pros:
+ On Classic-mode combat feels nice and using the whip and hollow weapons is fun
+ Game itself and the sceneries look good
+ Upgrading of weapons and enchantments (even though its very similar to dark souls)
+ During 6 hours of gameplay the story seems not too bad

Cons:
- Too much influence from dark souls
- Bad optimization, for 2018 game should run better on Ryzen 5 3600 and RX 5700 XT (dropping even below 60fps at some places, on medium graphics)
- No map or quest/objective log

In short, I would prefer more dark siders and less dark souls, but otherwise the game seems okay, maybe 6/10 for now.

Best game ever! Beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of everyo... oh right, you just walk around in circles until there is only one enemy left and beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of him  TL;DR: 5/5 walking simulator!

Still better rapping than any mainstream "rapper" does these days.

I loved the original version on PS3! Played it through several times and grinded all the trophies for it. Then bought it to PC. Had some crashing issues, so I stopped playing it on PC, but then the warmastered edition came out and as the owner of the original version I got it for free! No more crashing, good graphics and still hacking up the enemies with Chaoseater all day. Great scenes, nice story and fun gameplay. Couple weapon alternatives would have been nice but its good like this too. 10/10

I played Bioshock 2 through on my PS3 some years ago. Enjoyed it very much, like I enjoy the remastered version too, but it has some issues. It looks great and is pretty well optimized, but the game crashes quite a lot and has some other bugs too which makes it not as enjoyable as the original was. I've tried couple of the methods people said fixed their crashes but none have worked for me yet.

Early Access Review
Great game to play with friends
Pros:
+ Default map is big enough and has many different interesting biomes, also has random generated map option
+ Many things to do, many things to build/craft and many places to explore
+ Cool mechanics (some are broken, like driving a minibike up to a tree but hey, it makes the game more entertaining)
+ Different kinds of weapons to use to kill various zombies
+ Fun with friends
+ Building system: everything is blocks, like in minecraft, but i dont mind it, and i think it suits the game

Cons:
- Start is very slow, you only have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapons/armor and can only craft the most basic stuff. It is kinda the idea of a survival game but in my opinion the start was maybe too slow, gets annoying when you change server/save
- Some things are a pain in the ass to get, for example materials to bullets. Its not hard to find nitrate powder and other things for bullets, but guns are used so much that you need hella lot of bullets. It gets boring pretty fast to just drive around looking for some nitrate powder so you could craft bullets.
- Pretty poorly optimized, according to my experience

TL;DR: If you are a graphic ♥♥♥♥♥, or dont want to buy unfinished/broken game, dont buy this. Otherwise you may find it quite a fun game, especially if you got some friend to play with ya. 6/10 I would say

Probably the best indie game I have played! Great streaming content, shat my pants and screamed a lot. Played it through in 4 hours, but thats long enough considering it is indie game made by just couple people. Waiting for the part 2!

+ Looks amazing! I could just stand in the 1st level enjoying the view for hours
+ Long enough for indie game
+ Atmospheric and definitely has the horror they promise
+ Great physics

~ Enemies spot you pretty easily even from far away, it can get very annoying but cant say it would be negative thing. It just makes stealth the most reasonable way to play the game.

- Some puzzles are maybe too obvious/repetitive

TL;DR Great game, looks nice and probably the best indie game I have played, 9/10.

Best game you can get for 50 cents (bought it from sale)
+ Very fun to play with friend(s)
+ Big community, saw 12 players online at the same time!
+ Many different guns
+ Weapon customization
+ Looks great

Cons:
- weapons are unbalanced, VVVVVV is too op and some guns dont have crosshairs which makes hitting anything with them impossible
- one map has a bug which teleports you to the skybox and you cant get away from there
- too few maps

Solid 9/10, would get stuck in skybox again.
P.S. When is the second part coming?? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
