This game is so fun at this point, exploring galaxies and systems, building bases, finding new and crazy planets, stumbling upon dark holes(beware of those), it feels like there is a lot to do and there's always an awe like moment at every corner. I love playing this, crossplay made it possible to connect with old friends I had left behind when I started maining PC. Don't get me wrong, it has plenty of bugs, as you can expect when most things are procedually generated, but the good side definitely overcomes it. There have been so many great and free updates, this game is a full on redemption story by now. Multiplayer makes it even better and the community is very helpful. If you have an ounce of explorer side in you or spacefarer in you give this a try, it can cater to every taste as well, combat, exploration, base building, survival, multiplayer.

This game is the definition of labor of love.

I get lost for hours in Subanutica's world. Exploring the Ocean depth of 4546B is amazing, finding new areas, getting lost, running into Leviathans. Honestly I had more jump scares on this game than any horror one.

Pros:
- Great sound effects
- Level Design
- Lighting is fantastic
- Exploration of the unknow is top notch
- Pretty cool creatures
- Ambience and atmosphere is crazy awesome
- Can be scary af

Cons:
- It has some optimization issues
- Half the time when surfacing the game freezes up for a few seconds
- Having a more delineated main quest would be helpful, I'm at a loss on how to progress the story 80% of the time.

Very addictive game to play with friends, and atomic bombs are fun :)

I really enjoy this game, although sometimes I prefer the early game to the endgame.
