I can't play this game without getting annoyed at the camera and quitting, its been over 6 months how is this not fixed yet.

I'd say its worth getting over Planet Coaster 1, if you can live without the freelook camera, but its game breaking to me. Besides water parks and the multidimensional coaster i wouldn't say there is much else in this game that you couldn't do in PC1, so I wouldn't get this if you had your fill of PC1, but it is looking to be a good evolution.

After 6 months, The UI is still not good but at least usable for building. The camera controls randomly fly all over the place sometimes and the freelook camera is near unusable as a main camera, this is the biggest issue coming from the first game for me.

Some assets leave much to be desired, zooming out just a little causes the quality to degrade fast and visibly change size on many pieces, the foliage is the worst example, and i just can't use half of them from bad LODs, this is the thing I worry Frontier will never fix.

The park environments are much more natural, the coaster camera is much smoother, you're actually able to ride back row, the piece scaling really allows more variety of building although its not as good as importing blender assets, the paths editor is nice.

The monthly patches are still big, which shows they at least aren't giving up on the game and it will likely be in a good place at some point.

----------------------------------------------------------

The UI is basically unusable for me, i try to play the game but it is such a step back from PC1 I just give up. The new roller coaster camera, the scaling and the path system are huge upgrades but its locked behind a frustrating game.

Setting up staff takes 12 clicks each and if you want to use the hourly schedule it still takes waiting 3 seconds to copy and paste each hour, and it doesn't even work well with staff ignoring many things. Most of the UI is like this.

There are just too many issues with this game, as usual buying a game in the first 3 months is not the move. I expect Frontier to fix these issues but that isn't guaranteed and could take longer than a few months.
Come back in a few months to see if they fixed the biggest issues and save a few bucks on a sale.

The game is dead in north america. No community servers to avoid hackers. Hacking group is in half the games rage hacking. EA is too slow at banning them and they just get a new account for a few bucks.

-There are way fewer cheaters than the reviews would make you think. In roughly 70 matches I've seen three obvious cheaters and only one actually won the match. Maybe there are more people with wall hacks or more subtle aim assists but with 64 players it hardly affects you much.-

A more prevalent problem is unbalanced teams, there is no autobalance after matches so sometimes steamrolls keep happening for multiple matches, and many matches start 25v15.

If you're getting tired of BF4, this is a great change up although not as good. This game runs very well for looking so good. Its a shame they abandoned this after they made it decent..

The servers were miraculously improved. It's worth playing now that servers aren't rage inducing, they still need work for a shooter but its playable. While hirez may still hirez, they have a winner on their hands if they play this right.
