I haven’t finished the game yet (currently going into Sequence 5), but it’s already clear that Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is a solid and refreshing entry in the series. The dynamic between siblings Jacob and Evie adds variety — Jacob has charisma and humor, while Evie brings a more subtle and intriguing presence, maybe because it’s the first time I’ve played a female lead in the franchise.

Gameplay feels a lot smoother than in Unity, both in combat and parkour. The addition of the grappling hook was a great move. Victorian London is beautifully built, and the whole vibe of the era is charming. Driving carriages through the streets and leading gang fights to conquer territory reminds me of games like Mafia, and I love that.

The villains haven’t left much of an impression so far, except for one linked to Evie. I’ve been focusing mostly on side missions, especially the ones where you take over districts. One mission involving children stood out, and I like completing everything 100% — I’m into Steam achievements.

In short: a well-crafted AC with strong atmosphere, smooth gameplay, and fresh mechanics. Not perfect, but I’m really enjoying it so far.

Police Simulator: Patrol Officers delivers a surprisingly immersive experience for those who enjoy law enforcement simulation, offering a balanced mix of realism and engaging gameplay. The game lets you step into the shoes of a police officer, handling a variety of tasks from traffic violations to serious criminal incidents.

Positives:

- Realistic Patrol Experience: The game captures the everyday life of a police officer, from issuing parking tickets to managing car accidents. This level of detail creates a sense of immersion as you deal with day-to-day responsibilities.
- Engaging Variety of Tasks: As you progress, the variety of duties expands—everything from minor infractions to high-stakes situations like robberies or drug busts. This progression keeps the game interesting and adds layers of challenge.
- Authentic Atmosphere: The city is alive with pedestrians, traffic, and random events, making the environment feel dynamic. The detailed environment, combined with realistic interactions with NPCs, brings the city to life, enhancing the sense of realism.

Negatives:

- Repetitive Gameplay: While the variety of tasks is decent, after a while, some of the missions, particularly the traffic violations and minor incidents, can feel repetitive. The game could benefit from more diverse scenarios or random events.
- Occasional Bugs and AI Issues: There are still some bugs, particularly with the AI of both citizens and traffic. NPCs sometimes behave unrealistically, which can break immersion, especially during more complex tasks like traffic stops.

Conclusion:

Police Simulator: Patrol Officers offers a solid simulation experience for fans of law enforcement games. Its realistic patrol mechanics and a wide range of tasks provide hours of engaging gameplay. However, the game could benefit from more variety in missions and further polish to AI behaviors. Despite these minor issues, it's a great choice for anyone looking to experience life as a cop, and with ongoing updates, it's only likely to get better.

Taxi Life is an interesting experience for those who enjoy urban driving simulation games. The city of Barcelona is vibrant and well-detailed, and the game offers a satisfying sense of progression as you expand your taxi-driving career.

Positives:

Realistic City: The city is well-designed, with varied neighborhoods and an immersive atmosphere.
Authentic Driving: The vehicle physics and the traffic flow that adapts depending on the time of day make driving smooth and realistic.
Career Progression: The game gives you the opportunity to start your career as a driver and expand your business, offering a rewarding sense of progress.
Resource Management: The need to take care of your car, manage fuel, and make good decisions adds depth.

Negatives:

Repetitiveness: The missions can become monotonous, with little variation in routes and interactions with passengers.
Traffic AI: The artificial intelligence of other cars can be frustrating, with unpredictable behavior that hampers the experience.
Performance Issues: In some areas of the city, the game suffers from performance drops and minor bugs.
Lack of Extra Content: Variety is limited, and the game would benefit from more vehicle types, weather conditions, or dynamic events.

Rating: 6.5/10

Taxi Life is a good option for those looking for a more relaxed driving experience, but the repetitiveness and AI issues limit its potential. It's worth playing, especially if future updates are released.

The Sims 4 is a life simulation experience that has become an icon in its franchise, but it presents highs and lows when considering the base game and its vast array of expansions, game packs, and stuff packs. Over the years, the additional content has brought variety to the game but raises concerns about its business model and the fragmentation of the complete experience.

Positives:

Variety and World Expansion: With the expansions, the game becomes significantly more immersive. Packs like City Living, Seasons, and Get Famous introduce new mechanics and complexities to the social and life simulation. The changing seasons, fame, and city life enrich gameplay and add depth to the Sims' story development.

Infinite Customization: From Create a Sim to building houses, the amount of customization options is phenomenal, especially when integrating packs like Dream Home Decorator or Tiny Living. Each expansion and pack brings new clothing styles, furniture, and interactions, allowing for a unique experience for each player.

Well-Designed Game Packs: Packs like Parenthood and Vampires showcase the game’s ability to explore specific niches of the simulation, offering a balance between deep and accessible gameplay. These packs manage to complement the core experience without requiring as much additional content as the larger expansions.

Negatives:

Fragmented Business Model: The biggest criticism of The Sims 4 is the excessive number of DLCs needed to get a truly complete experience. With over 40 packs available, many of which are paid, the total cost can be quite high, leading many players to feel that some of the content should have been in the base game, or that the pricing should be more accessible.

Performance and Loading Times: As the game accumulates packs, performance can suffer. Longer load times and optimization issues are common, especially when multiple expansions are installed. The game also still lacks a truly open world, unlike The Sims 3, which may frustrate some players.

Lack of Innovation in the Base Game: Compared to The Sims 3, The Sims 4’s base game was released without some key features like pools, toddlers, and even a terrain creation tool. Many of these features were added later, but there are still aspects of the game that feel simplified or limited.

Conclusion:

The Sims 4, with all its expansions and packs, offers a vast and customizable experience, ideal for life simulation fans. However, the high cost to access all the content and the lack of significant innovation in the base game might make some players feel that the franchise could do more for those investing time and money into the game. If you're a fan of the series, it's worth it, but it's important to carefully consider which packs really add value to your experience.

O jogo superou as minhas expectativas.

Jogabilidade:
A jogabilidade é variada e emocionante.

Recomendo vivamente!

Max Payne 3 is undeniably a solid game, offering intense action and a gripping narrative. The noir-style storytelling and gritty atmosphere add depth to the experience. However, it does fall short in terms of variety, feeling somewhat repetitive. The gameplay mechanics are well-executed, and Max's bullet-dodging moves remain a highlight. The visuals are stunning, capturing the essence of the series. Despite the repetitiveness, the narrative keeps you engaged, and the soundtrack complements the mood perfectly. While it may not surpass its predecessors, Max Payne 3 still stands as a worthy addition to the franchise, delivering a satisfying but occasionally monotonous gaming experience.

"Tomb Raider: Underworld" offers a captivating adventure with stunning visuals and immersive gameplay. The game continues Lara Croft's journey, exploring ancient tombs and solving intricate puzzles. The controls are smooth, enhancing the overall experience of climbing, jumping, and combat. The underwater segments add variety to the gameplay, showcasing impressive graphics. However, the story may feel slightly convoluted, impacting the emotional connection with the protagonist. Despite this, the game's atmospheric music and diverse environments contribute to its overall appeal. "Underworld" successfully maintains the essence of the Tomb Raider series, delivering an engaging experience for fans of action-adventure games.

Still a great game, especially with friends.

The only down side is how late the game is in terms of jokes, borderlands has always been a humorous and fun game, the looter shooter and RPG aspects such as skill trees add a nice flavour to what you're doing.

Don't expect to be fully gripped by the story, definitely the weakest story in the series but gameplay is great.
After all this comment i recomend it. You will like it :)

When this game launched I never bought it because of all the reports of bugs and glitches. After all the years I've finally played and beat the story. 18 hours later and I can say this game would have been perceived much better if it was ready for launch. I ran into minimal bugs and not a single crash. If you're an Assassin's Creed fan I would recommend playing this now!
