Review as of update v0.52

Foxhole is one of those games that it is a hobby unto itself. If you've ever gotten into table-top wargames before, this is worth a try for sure. It's also way cheaper and labor intensive than table-top wargames. The best part is because of the MMO aspect you can play as much or as little as you want, but every soldier in the field helps.

PROS:
+ Early Access game that is very well done.
+ Always something to do. Always something going on.
+ Playable as social and solo players.

CONS:
- Tutorials only teach you the basics and there is a LOT to learn in the game. (I recommend watching some videos on what you want to do in the game.)
- You'll need mods if you're not great with color. (RIP allied soldiers I blew away before colors registered)
- A lot of the biggest features requires coordination across multiple players, so without a clan or a dedicated group you likely will miss out on a lot of late game stuff.

Solid platformer shooter, and a must-try for fans of Cave Story. Light on story, big on classic action gaming. While you're at it, check out Pink Hour and Pink Heaven.

A very clever take on the point-and-click adventure genre. The humor is dark but still comes in a festive package. The puzzles are none too roundabout, the solutions obtainable, the logic clear, and the hints are helpful.

The mechanics are simple, the gameplay is even simpler. There's a subtle beauty to the game but whether or not it's worth $10 is questionable.

It's a great way to waste an afternoon but it relies heavily on the nostalgia that many indie-pixel games do, expecting players to find their own fun in a rather simplistic game is a tough call. Each room is similar, often too similar or out-right copied, flipped and filled with different enemies making it difficult to really discern where the player is going, a problem that's exacerbated by the slow movement in the game. Combat is also a slow dredge but very rewarding as each enemy has the capability to kill the player who in turn must rely on quick thinking and a few simple moves to over come a single or multiple enemies. Puzzle rooms are cleverly designed with a few simple pieces working together to create a real challenge, and the timer is a unobstructive and positive addition for potential speed-runners.

If $10 isn't a huge price tag to you, the it's a good game. Else, wait for it to go on sale.

It stinks!
The controls are sloppy, the dinos are unbalanced, maps are tiny, servers are empty, glitches and lag abound.

Not quite the same as the first Dawn of War, which blows the first Starcraft out of the water in terms of real time strategy games, but Dawn of War II is a great series unto it's own, the best in the series being Retribution which opens up the campaign story line (continued from the first game) into a sprawling galactic warzone involving many of the 40k races. Retribution has an excellent mod called Elite, which further balances the game as well as introducing the Grey Knights faction.

With the flood of survival games, and the lack of survival horror games, Don't Starve is a survival horror game in the truest sense of the term. Amazing support on Klei Entertainment's side, a unique art style, infinite possibilities, and best of all...

IT'S ACTUALLY FINISHED.
