Found a S1203 Van stationed next to a gasoline station north of SOLNICHNIY crossing over the bridge. Status of the vehicle: It is missing 4x tires, and fuel. As for it's condition, it looks pretty legit, so I'm not sure if we need scrap metal, but I found some north of the vehicle on the factory. Now for the good news, the engine still works, and I found a tire in the factory, there is also plenty of fuel tanks around the convient area that we could use for fuel. US 2570 Dallas [Veteran].
