finally beat this stupid ass game I can grow and change as a person now

This is probably the best RPG I've played in my life

crashes on startup but in a hot way

I hate this game and I hate Thanksgiving. I'm like the grinch but with turkeys. Developers please respond I will defeat you in single combat

This is a horrible game that tries to balance simplicity and complexity and fails miserably at both. The illusion of choice with focus trees is put forth, but the whole system boils down to either empty feeling gameplay changes or flavor. The flavor changes have potential to be a fun system that really lets you see how your nation is changing, but ends up feeling empty and unrealistic. Paradox's inability to write good alternate history causes deviating from history to take you out of any sense of immersion you were getting, but staying with how the war originally went feels repetitive. The AI is horrible, and frontlines seem tacked on and unusable. Every update, Paradox tries and fails to fix these issues, and manages to bloat the game with more tacked on features and more strange and unrealistic ahistorical paths which leave you scratching your head in confusion. Overall it's a really bad game, but it's so easily moddable that the modding scene is one of the best I've ever seen. If you decide to buy this game, don't touch vanilla and just mod it to the point where it's unrecognizable as the same game. I regret every hour I spent in the base game, 3/10 without it being completely overhauled.

It's a good game. The DLC is a bit annoying though.
