Honestly a masterpiece of a VN. The story telling is really, really good. Since it's broken down into "steps" meaning your charakter is going different lifestages / ages, it makes you feel like you are growing with all these characters. It made me feel so many emotions at the end, it's crazy.

The art is really pretty and if I tell you.. these characters.. they are written so damn good. I know we all love cove, but Baxter Ward will always have a special place in my heart - and I will die on that hill! :D

I am really not the targeted group here since I usually don't have the patience to simply read the full story - a really bad habit of mine. But this game is a big fat exception. My first visual novel I actually finished and it was worth every damn second. Really! Big probs to the author, thank you so much. Especially because I could play as a male lead.

Anyone reading this, please give this beautiful and well written game a chance. I love it so much. ♥

For a free-to-play Visual Novel this game is really, really good. Great audio, visuals and conversation - IF the conversation is to your liking of course. Personally - I did not like the conversation and the protagonist even though he is well writen. But sadly it's just not my type - nonetheless I do recommend the game for sure!

Cool little Game that you can 100% within ~3 hours. I really enjoyed my time - the spells are fun and creative, the story is light and not too serious, the music is fitting and not annoying over time. The only thing I am missing is the replay value. Otherwise big thumbs up. o/

I really, really love this game. You can feel that the Team put so much efford and love into this.

First, let me address the big elephant in the room: Yes, this game has a harsh learning curve. The tutorial is lacking crucial stuff like self-ping, target-ping, double ping for danger etc. The early game experience for teens and monsters are rough since the matchmaking is mixing people together.
But if you take the extra step to watch some guides, you will be a-okay.

The queue times are really rough as a teen at some point. Sometimes I am getting a match within 2 minutes, sometimes I have to wait 10 more. It is really strange but nothing too bad even tho I don't need to pretend that it's good. Monster queue is fine tho. Almost instantly!

The maps are kinda big, very detailed and pretty. It is important to learn where the stations or med-kits can spawn. I think people, who blindly played VHS like DbD 2.0 are probably getting their ass kicked. You can't loop the monster like that - you have to group up and play strategic. And as a monster, you can't just run blindly everywhere, think and use your skills. Both roles are hard but very rewarding.

So please everyone, give this lovely game a chance! ♥

Please don't buy this game. It is seriously dead and left alone from the developers.
And if you actually manage to somehow play this game, the balancing is all over the place.

To be fair, the game is not worth your attention.

I really tried to like this game. I can tell ya, I really like the whole chinese theme. It looks good and the classes are kinda unique imo, but now the big but...

This game has like no content besides leveling. And leveling is not even fun since you kinda get tired of it real quick. Especially since it never changes. Not even the combat can make it a good experience. It is just so boring - and that sucks so much. I enjoyed it at the beginning but the truth is- this game sucks right now.

PS: I can't remember a single thing about the story... Yikes

10. Feb. 2021: Das Spiel an sich ist okay, es macht Spaß und ist einzigartig. Aber die Community ist unglaublich toxisch und die Devs machen absolut was Sie wollen ohne auf Feedback einzugehen. Und in jedem Patch kommen sau viele Bugs + Änderungen, die keiner wollte, wo nach niemand gefragt hatte, wie z.B. das HUD/UI was geändert wurde.

04. März 2023: Mittlerweile würde ich das Spiel wieder weiterempfehlen. Die Devs hören vielmehr auf die Community, die Änderungen sind healthy für Survivor und Killer, wir haben viel mehr Events, grafische Updates und auch einfach gute neue Chapters. Es ist auch mittlerweile viel einfacher für neue Spieler Fuß zu fassen. Das Hackerproblem ist mittlerweile auch viel niedriger, man bekommt davon kaum noch was mit. Sehr schöne Änderungen.
