While not as deep as some other Paradox Games, and not necessarily a grand strategy game, Stellaris is a good entry into the space 4x genre. The Empire creator is loads of fun, especially if you are into writing up imaginative background for your empire, and seeing your created empires show up in games as ai is great. Some parts of the game fall flat. The mid-game tends to drag on and get a bit stale, leaving it up to you to create your own fun. Sector AI and Enemy AI is not the smartest, tending to not optimize their resources very well. Overall a Good Game, and while fun, going into a new galaxy with the goal of being pacifist or Space Hitler can add some needed depth to that game.
