Ok now back to the factory.

Had this game since Nov 2016 and put a few hrs in so figure i put my 2 cents in. This game has changed over the past few years I've had it, mainly in graphics and User interface. Every time i come back for more after not playing for a few months due to there being a new update. At this point, its highly optimized, seeing as i get 120fps on my ancient 980Tis. Plenty of their character models have been polished or revamped over time. However, i wish i could say of the game world. Same looking buildings, POIS, items etc. Same background sounds, noises and ambiences. Not really much of a story mode or objective here minus the quests you get at the start of the game and occasional errand here n there from traders etc. Not much else to do in end game besides, well, survive lol. once you max your skills (which takes quite some time, even when exp gained is modded) theres not much to do left in the world. I feel as once you have all the weapons and maxed out your base and security etc, theres nothing pushing you to do MORE. All in all, i still love to come back every now n then to check in on the game. Maybe the devs will finish it up after theyre done polishing the visuals some more, who knows. 4/5

Deff a steep learning curve but many players to help you out along the way. This game is huge and i mean YUUUGE. 70 on 70 team battles where every single bullet and gun is all made by the players themselves including vehicles/tanks etc. Everyone has their own role and plays it majority of the game. If youre just starting off youll most likey be a miner for scrap etc. that scrap is turned into basic building materials and then taken to a quartermaster who makes what is needed on the front lines. Took me a few hours to get into the swing of things and i have yet to branch into the soldier job. NO matter what youre joib is, youre sure to dump several hours into this game as a single game canm easily last over a day in real time

Whats the difference between this game and an xbox live lobby?
Nothing. They both have 12yr olds screaming the N word and your mom jokes into the mic.
Cancerous yet still funny.
Hit my 2 hours. Worth the 5 bucks.

Played past 2hr return frame. Somewhat disappointed, but for ($10) on sale not too bad seems worth.
After 3 hrs of playtime and following around a seasoned player, I noticed theres not really so much to do (or a point to the game for that much) Once you get guns, ammo, full inventory etc and build a base, what is there to do after that? What keeps you playing? Theres only a few types of zombies(?) Including slow walkers, big tank like walkers, fast zoms and of course mutant dogs along with wolves etc. NO RPG elements whatspever such as leveling up, skils/skill trees etc. Which kinda sucks IMO./ Everything you must find or craft in the world and finding the basic building blocks for mundane melee weapons i.e axe/pic etc can be tedious and hard to find on the ground or near you.

Playerbase isnt too toxic from what ive played with. first person i seen waved at me then d/c, second group of people i found i panicked thinking they were a zom and swung at them. they killed me. Last guy i seen was a seasoned player and helped me alot and shopwn me around etc and was pretty cool. Game itselfisnt too bad, controls are amazing and way better optimized than Dayz, however missing the leveling/RPG elements from 7 Days to Die.

After a few hours when youre already stocked up on guns/food/water/ammo I just thought to myself, ok what now?
This doesnt make me feel like wanting more or to keep playing. NO objective to it besides survive which is pretty easy after youre stocked up n loaded with guns. No turorial either they just throw you in with some food water n have you learn yourself.
guess you just need friends to make this fun (which i have zero)

still waiting on season 3...

If you like tell tale series such as walking dead and you enjoy feels, then this is the perfect game. As other previous reviews I just seen a few trailers and read nothing but good reviews. Saw it was on sale and took a dive into it.
Boy what a roller coaster of mixed emotions, confusion, awe and plenty of feels.
If mr Leo Dicaprio doesn't win his Oscar, this game deserves it hands down.
Last game that gave me these feels was beyond two souls. (Also another amazing game)
But this has its own feel to it (no pun intended)
Honestly just stop reading this review and begin to download it. The entire season. You won't regret it.
Easily beatable within a week. Each episode lasts for about 4-5hours. Time you'll never get back. Unlike you Max can take that time back.
