The game looks nothing like the videos.

1. The game starts running good, but after a while you get very low FPS (lower settings seem to deteriorate this). Optimization complaints were made throughout the whole beta testing process, but no changes were made.

2. Inventory management seems like it was made by a child. You kill a wolf you get their skin, you craft Leather Level 1 (Predator). You kill a deer, you get their skin, you craft Leather Level 1 (Prey). Not only those need their own space on your inventory or on your storage boxes, but if a recipe needs two leather, you can't use both of those, since they are coming from different sources (Predator, Prey). Now add the multiple levels of those and you get the idea. It's exactly the same with food and almost every item in the game.

3. The off-hand mechanic is frustrating. Another issue that was stated in the beta testing with no changes at all. You wield an one-handed weapon/tool, you also have your off-hand visible holding something (unless if you leave your off-hand bar empty).

I would wait for a long time to see how this games develops before giving it a try.

Think one of the best memories in your life.
Imagine reliving that memory from the beginning, however this time knowing that it's gonna be one of the best.

Started a solo game, tried to find the ghost room the first 5 minutes (no ghost aggression period in amateur difficulty), ghost appeared in front of me, started running to a hiding place, ghost appeared next to the hiding place, quit the game, bought 2 copies for my friends. Been playing non stop since then! :P

The game is very immersive and well-built, can't imagine how awesome it will be when it is fully developed.
Totally recommend.

Its true, don't look anything regarding this game.
Buy it, play it, love it.
It's a wonderful story being told through an immersive video game.

Well, hello fellow gamers,
This is my first review and that's a game that really deserves my first review.

For those that are getting bored easily or don't like reading a lot of things, I will just say that this is a game you MUST try. It worths the money because it has beautiful graphics and sceneries, clever story with a logical progression and a unforgetable gameplay feeling. You will see for youself right away, that the game was thoroughly designed and has a huge variate and level of detail.

For those that like to read more about a game. First of all, the graphics of this game are amazing, like seriously, I can just sit on my chair and watch an alien world live in front of my eyes. Also the story is clever, with many plots and a nice progression. Each time you find something new you want to keep playing to find out what happened in the end!

Now the gameplay. Ooohh, that gameplay. I seriously can't find the right words to describe this game. The feel of freedom you feel when scouting inside the water, the feel that you are insignificant inside that huge water environment yet managing to do so many things. Nights used to be scary in the start but you get used to them as you keep playing. It is said that knowledge is power, so get to know the foreign world in order to survive. The game is very detailed, try everything out.

Some advices to close this review:

-Don't google anything, you will eventually find out everything you need to know by exploring

-Go with your instinct, if it's right, you will see progression

-Plan ahead, act like you would if you were in the protagonist's place

-Push yourself past your limitations, if you are looking for something and there is only one place that you haven't looked, the darkest one, then, you know what you have to do

-Take your time, observe the alien world, stare at that beautiful view, don't rush, game is going to end, its the experience you are playing this game for

-Enjoy the game but don't overdo it, you are needed in your real life too :)
