Is named Satisfactory? Yes
Is Satisfactory? Also Yes

A very enjoyable, relaxing game. Sure there are little bugs here and there, but nothing that really detracts from my satisfaction of making a nicely automated factory. Reaping natural resources never felt so chill.

UPDATE 2/3/25: Gaijin have announced a predatory 'Auction House' mechanic that will let them auction off rare items to players in limited lots. This is an incredibly scummy move to get people to spend wildly based on a fear of missing out. While Gaijin claims that this is only for cosmetics, history has shown that Gaijin uses cosmetics to introduce an idea before turning around to also add rare and unique vehicles to whatever mechanic they're planning. Lockboxes, battlepasses, grindy events, and premium vehicles already dominate the game, and this is a incredibly subversive way for them to get you to empty your wallet even more.

Stay away from this game until things improve.

Early Access Review
So far, so good for HLL. As it stands now (6/9/19) the base game is intense and mostly enjoyable. The combat is almost physically exhausting with how intense the battles can be, and it feels rewarding when you win. That said, this is an Early Access title, so there are still plenty of bugs to work out. If BM can work them out, I think this game could be a truly special WWII shooter.

A Game for Those Not Looking for a Tycoon-Level Game

I got this game as part of the Sid Meier's Humble Bundle. Having previously played Railroad Tycoon 3 extensively, I was looking forward to a modern sequel. However, this isn't a sequel. This game is much less advanced in it's in -game economy, track types, consist editing, and locomotive selection. AI will also sometimes have issues traversing your track, getting stuck in loops, or not using low-congestion bypasses. That's not to say it isn't fun. You can still enjoy playing against AI or others, but it's more causal train enthusiast level than armchair railroad president. The graphics are nice, but neither advanced, nor detailed. Textures aren't that high of a resolution, and steam locomotives lose their tenders for the game. Overall, enjoyable, but not deep.

+ Ease of Use

+ Art Style

+ Gameplay

-------------------------

- Poor AI Routing

- Mechanics Lack Depth

- Graphics Could Be Better

Overall Score: 7/10 (Good)

Really, guys, this is the best game on Steam. You're going to have so much fun with this. I guarentee it.
