You had a problem get your pack in Throne and Liberty game?
Follow this path and you will see all paid packs in game Shop / Store Storage.
Click your Steam -> In game -> Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.
I had yesterday the same problem and I have now everything.
After this load the game and you can see everything in there waiting for your travels. ;)
