HBGs all have differn't shot sounds. They put a lot of care into tiny parts of this games. Needs optimized, but fun.

not bad 1 night stand. fun with a friend, works with remote play. At times feels like you are pushing the camera man or fighting the camera. plenty of waaagh!

A great strategy and troop management experience. Feels like a true successor to x-com. Gives a lot of choice in each play thru. Some of the large crab monsters are quite scary. Facing each race feels great each having different mechanics to battle. Some of the DLC weapons somewhat trivialize the game if you acquire them in mass early. Some class mixes are just absurd compared to others. (assault/berserker) All in all was very very fun.

Fun x-com adaptation. Way less customization, but each character feels very unique. Some items and characters feel very overpowered. Campaign took about a casual 20 hours to complete for me. The breach mechanic is a fun twist. All in all was a fun play thru. Probably the easiest x-com-like game I've ever played tho.

very fun so far. the sunbreak balance patch helped alot. the new switch skills add alot of variety. monsters be scary

its fun for awhile if u crave repetition.
would probably recommend this game to enemies

endgame is not solo or very pug friendly (8 player progression mandatory)
the first 8-10 hours are extremely rough n boring. move n click g
it does have massive collections that will take you around its world, but you can skip this.
it has a lot of gold selling bots
this game will try to make it a job for you to play everyday doing the same things everyday.
if that makes you happy, this game is for you.

I felt it become a chore and not fun quickly after the 2nd or 3rd week of grinding same dungeons, same bosses, same dailies... waiting to be drip fed content that is already released overseas.

it does give monster hunter vibes while in guardian raids tho

sometimes you bonk, sometimes you get bonked.
the better you get, the more you bonk, and the less you get bonked.
would bonk again 10/10

an amazing successor to an amazing game.

Mordhau has come along way and continues to improve.
I will leave my first review below.
Mordhau like its predecesors has a pretty die hard small player base.
I have never struggled to find a match, except on certain dead game modes like BR and skirmish.
The addition of invasion was a good mix
Have to see about the future but its still fun for a weekend. every weekend.

Its fun for a weekend, but has an extreme lack of content.
Focuses way to much on dueling or horse battles.

Game modes include
Frontline. Stand in a circle n wait for enemy tickets to bleed.
BR. Wait 20+ min for a 3 min match.
Horde. Cheese terrible ai.

So your then going to be joining private servers for LTS or duels.
But you willl probably be kicked from server.

This is one hell of a game.
