Report a translation problem
• Hallucinations
o Perceiving things without external sensory stimulations
• Delusions
o Unfounded beliefs that can't be explained culturally, cause distress to the individual. Are quite resistant to confirmatory evidence
• Distortions/exaggerations
o Odd speech, use of convolutional expressions/inventing new words
• Catatonic behaviour
o Not moving
the others don't require more explanation really
Negative
• Blunted affect/Emotional withdrawal
o SP patients don't report emotions nor show them as often - though clinicians think they do feel them behind the scenes, just don't report them
• Apathetic social withdrawal
o "Extreme introversion"
• Difficulty in abstract thinking
o This might feel contradictory
