I've been following the devlog on this game for the past few years. So glad to finally see it released! This is one of the first story games that actually kept me engaged throughout the entire playthrough, and I ended up beating the main portion of the story all in one sitting. The game never got boring with each level adding a new mechanic and theme. The music was amazing as well! It perfectly tied into the setting further perfecting the mood. Great job Kyle and everyone who helped along the way. I cannot wait to see what you create next!

An amazing game from the two person development team, rose-engine. The game appears to be heavily inspired by Resident Evil with its combat, puzzles, and inventory management system. It also seems to be very inspired by Silent Hill with it's level and enemy design, especially near the end of the game. This game tells its story in a very peculiar and interesting way that makes it sometimes hard to follow; but I absolutely love it. The game was made with nothing but love and the self-expression of the developers artistic minds and was designed to be an art piece in of itself.

The soundtrack created by Cicada Sirens, 1000 Eyes, and Tom Schley, further carries this games motivation and fully forms its theme. I also love the inclusion of classical music at some parts of the game, its very fitting.

Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extremely artistic and emotional experience.

This game is so much more than the cookie. It is about becoming a particle, a perfect being. You cannot play this game. It is not a game. It is time. There is no completion. You cannot beat it. Who knows, maybe the game plays you? You could consider it time travel; you play this game for weeks on end just to notice you used your time left to work a number into irrational values, in the name of cookies?! Who are you. Are you a physical being or maybe you are the particle? Maybe you have ascended for the final time and you cannot continue, you became that perfect being didn't you? Maybe I was wrong, maybe there is an end. But I myself am a novice, a mortal, a simpleton, who witnessed time travel himself. I cannot comprehend it. All I see is the cookie and nothing else. Why am I doing this, well the obvious answer is currency right? I need more... I need as much of it as I can get... Help me... The cookie does not understand, the cookie is not matter. It is digital, it is apart of the magnetic medium in my computer. My computer's CPU clocks in at around 4.2 GHz by the way... That's 4.2 billion calculations every single second. Every second my computer does more actions than I will ever do. The code running this electronic media is doing more work than I ever have completed. All I had to do was click it. Click. Click. Click. Let this be a lesson to you. This is a once in a lifetime type of opportunity. You need to play this game. But you also need to stay far away from it.
