The negative reviews are exaggerating problems and not being fair to the game. This game is a blast, and is certainly an Overwatch competitor if not an Overwatch killer. Some of the balancing is a bit off, but that is to be expected with a game just coming out. Give it a chance, you may be surprised. It just may be the next big hero shooter.

The new ruler, Jimboob the Grand Gooner, took the throne after inciting a coup with an army of slaves. In the first year, I lost over 2500 men to a meager bandit camp, then lost all of my 2500+ gold gambling. Lastly, I enslaved the whole kingdom and a madman snapped my neck because of it. All in less than a year in the game.

The game is awesome. With just the short time I played, I can tell that every play-through won't be the same and that they can all be as hectic or crazy as you want. Even though the game is simple with its basic graphics and presentation, the game is so advanced behind the scenes with its gameplay and features. This is the perfect game to mess around with. Looking forward to the collector's edition whenever it releases.

I've been playing Paladins for years. Ever since around OB 35. This game has always, in my mind, been more fun than Overwatch, even though it does have its flaws and rough history. I hope Paladins gets the Smite treatment and receives a sequel.
