It's really not that bad, it's just not a good PC game.

I much better enjoy it sporadically on mobile. The story is surprisingly engaging, the gameplay is fun, the difficulty is ok and yes, the game pushes microtransactions, but so far I haven't spent a dime and it's all fine.

Compared to other RPGs on PC, it's meh. Compared to other RPGs on mobile, it's a pretty solid game.

So yeah, play on mobile.

It's a classic. The Enhanced Edition brings most of Baldur’s Gate 2 improvements which makes the game both fresh and more immersive. Still holds up in 2022, albeit with a few mods.

Can’t say that I played it when it came out, but in 2022, Cyberpunk is definitely a solid AAA game.

The shooting mechanics are pretty tight, which tends to be rare for an RPG, and the skill system gives you tons of leeway in how to evolve your character. The story is awesome, hell, it’s basically a sequel to Johnny Mnemonic, and the world is so immersive.

Only downside is that some of the tasks and events get boring and repetitive real quick, which is probably due to the size of the map and a willingness to keep things alive and interesting, but in the end, it just feels repetitive — kind of like The Witcher 3.

My advice, basically just focus on the main quest and you’ll have a blast.

This game is phenomenal.

Yes, the game is hard. Yes, there’s a lot of reading involved. Yes, there are glitches and inconsistencies, but most of them have been fixed now. And yes, this game is a true old-school CRPG Baldur’s Gate spiritual successor contender.

While it’s true that I found myself more engaged with story-driven CRPGs classics like Pillars of Eternity or the Baldur’s Gate/Infinity Engine series, no other computer game has ever given me the pen & paper feeling like Pathfinder: Kingmaker.

It truly feels like a Pathfinder/D&D campaign. It feels like you’re creating, controlling and fine-tuning characters on a sheet of paper. It feels like you’re rolling dices, hoping for the best and making quick decisions as you go. The story even feels like the GM is having fun, throwing random things at you, making subtle, and not so subtle, jokes and references to other games. I know a lot of players are divided over the map and kingdom management, but to me it contributes even more to the pen & paper feeling.

This game is a true homage to old school pen & paper quests with twists and turns that just never end. I’m 100 hours in (well 99 to be exact) and judging from my readings I’m about halfway through the story and nowhere to be bored.

If you’re looking for an action RPG, this game is not for you. But if you’re looking for a party based CRPG that feels like a Pathfinder or D&D pen & paper quest, this is the game.

10/10. Can't wait to start Wrath of the Righteous!

This game is a masterpiece.

Like so many, I was a bit skeptical at first. RE7 was good, but the RE 2 and 3 remakes were amazing so I had mixed feelings about going back to first person with what seemed to be a heavy focus on action. Turns out Village is even more immersive and scary with an engaging story and tight gameplay.

Plus the game runs amazingly smooth and fluid even with the highest settings. If you're a Resident Evil and/or horror fan, you MUST give this game a try.

11/10. Bonus points for Ethan's hands.

It's fun, it's quirky, there's a ton of details and the gameplay is fantastic.

Unfortunately, the story lacks a bit of focus... I guess being able to complete the main quest by so many different ways, including literally murdering anyone, has the downside of being less engaging.

Still, a very solid CRPG that feels both fresh and nostalgic.

Well, 125 hours later I did it! Finally, beat Pillars of Eternity 2.

Pretty much everything has been said about this game. There are a few performance issues, it’s easy to lose focus of the main quest, but all in all, it’s a true masterpiece, with beautiful writing and an engaging story, even better than the first.

The only game that could come close to this accomplishment is perhaps Baldur’s Gate 2.

A truly must play for CRPG fans.

A disappointing remaster of a very solid game, which results in a good product, but it could have been better.

Still an improvement over the original. However the remaster portion is very disappointing since the textures are really not up to recent standards and the post-processing effects basically blur the whole image. I strongly recommend using Reshade to sharpen the image and enhance both contrast and lightning.

On the bright side, the combat and mechanics still hold up surprisingly well which keeps the game both fun and engaging.

Overall, a bit of disappointment, but it is the best version of Reckoning available. Definitely not a must of you've played the original, but definitely worth picking up if you’ve never had the pleasure to play this amazing underrated gem.

This game is what Diablo 3 should have been.

Interesting story, tight mechanics, engaging gameplay and controller compatible as a plus!

It gets a little repetitive like every hack and slash, but the game does a good enough job or changing environments, enemies and loot.

9/10.

A sometimes overlooked game because of the huge shadow The Witcher 3 casted, but still a must play.

The graphics and gameplay are holding up well, even after all these years. Good replay value given the act 2 and 3 are widely different depending on your choices.

Do yourself a favour and play this, even if you've already played the third one, but be prepared, it's a tad bit harder.
