I want to offset the somewhat negative reception with some real critics.

The game looks very promising but it needs some work!
The graphics look good, the landscape and the environment are great, but garbage collection needs some optimization because I feel like that causes micro stutters (happens when I turn away from a big landscape to a more narrow fov area).
The character controller needs some polish. It feels a bit "strict" or restraining, air (strafing) and ground movement is not perfectly fluid. Maybe a bit higher jumpheight would help and smoother surface interaction because when I went to check out the house on the big rock I got stuck for a couple moments on the wooden planks, that's some rough collision.
The gunplay feels fine, gun sounds are great but ads animations feel "sluggish"? I get it it's going for a realistic feel, but when I held a Deagle at a real firing range, I was moving my head more than the pistol itself, the weight of the pistol feels anchored at the muzzle. Nobody waves their gun pointing a little to the right before bringing it to eye level.
Voice acting is fine, but the sound system could use some work, for exmaple near the house where you had to jump up, there was a geyser with an oddly broken sound effect, it cut off weirdly. Could use a big delayed thump or splash when the strange whale in the intro background bursts into the water. That would improve immersion by a whole lot.
Enemies twist and morph weirdly when they come into melee range. Might wanna take a look at the skeleton, because the mesh stretches funnily when the zombie wants to hit you.
Also I want to mention that the music is awesome in this game very atmospheric and hell yeah metal

This game has a lot of potential and it has a great atmosphere. Can't wait to play more, especially if it would let me trough the hatch cutscene. I get that a lot of people are playing but damn

My friend reccommended this game to me saying this is a hidden gem.
After the initial couple of hours I realised that this game doesn't want to be serious, nor wants to be a payday killer. This game wants you to have a fun time stealing stuff and doing criminal activities with your friends, or just simply taking over the City of Rackay. The game is so easy to get into, turn your brain off make some decisions where you spend your hard earned money and just simply have a laugh at the self concious and parodic narrative. This game is genuienly a hidden gem and I'm glad I was reccommended this game because now I'm hooked. Oh and also I have a couple hours in payday 2 as well, so you can stop comparing games and enjoying them both because I said so.

EDIT: Sorry for the misleading information, the game has a fully solo rogue-lite campaign which is obviously about replayability. You can solo every content in the game. Just add some bots to your crew if you want teammates and you're good to go!

Feels like home!

I can barely finish a match because kids lose attention or get bored and they just quit.

Otherwise please add ranked, maybe pack opening, UI that shows what I would get if I purchase the Amelia adventure, UI that shows what is a "Wolf card" for Obyn before buying him.

I hope this game gets developed further because it has potential.

Battlefield 4 was bad at launch and today it's gone as one of the best battlefield titles. Please don't look at this game as how it was at release because it's been constantly improved and updated since. If you ever wanted to experience the new get fallout with your friends, this game does the job with flying numbers. I honestly really got hooked on the game and I hope you too will find yourself lost in the game.

I got disconnected from the servers due to maintenance when I was 89/90 into a race. Great game other than the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ONLINE ONLY

Honestly, one of my favourite bullet heaven games. This and VS put the standard so high, its hard to find good games, if they don't have a unique twist.
