JABLEČNÝ ŠTRŮDL

Postup přípravy receptu

Těsto posypeme vrstvičkou strouhanky (aby nevytekla jablečná šťáva). Jablka nastrouháme a smícháme je s rozinkami a ořechy. Jablečnou směs položíme na těsto se strouhankou.

Posypeme skořicí a cukrem.

Těsto zavineme a tím vytvoříme štrúdl. Potřeme vejcem. Pečeme asi 20 minut v předehřáté troubě (asi 200°C) a občas znovu přetřeme vejcem.
