The same people writing the negative reviews think Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a better game.
9 hours in and really enjoying it. My main gripe is the tutorial being far too long, if you can stick through the first 2-3 hours then the world will really open up and you're free to do as you please. Until then though you're bombarded by awkward cutscenes, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dialogue and the annoying narrator. The entire game is extremely hand-holdy with every single collectible being marked on the map as part of side quests and weird cuts to show you where to go for certain quests just in case you missed the obvious path you were already running down. Apart from that though:
The world is really really well made, the combination of brightly coloured plants and harsh industrial buildings is pretty satisfying to see across the map as well as the different biomes you can explore.
The combat is alright, I enjoy it but the issue I find more than anything is the fact that guns are OP af and there are basically no skills to unlock past a certain point which leaves me wondering what the ♥♥♥♥ I'm going to spend my skill points on, the "skills" are super lacking across the board. That being said though, movement as a whole feels really nice and fluid with your character jumping through the air firing their guns but that doesn't cancel out the issues unfortunately.
Overall it's a pretty fun game, maybe not worth the €60 but €40 instead.

I'd probably rate it a high 6/10 to mid 7/10 with what I've played so far but I can see how it could get tedious the more I play.

At first I ((((torrented)))) this game to see what the fuss was about. I had played the Witcher 2 but didn't enjoy it too much as I found the combat and levelling clunky and some of the dialogue boring. Only thing that drew me in was the story. I played through The Witcher 3 and thought it was amazing, sinking about 60 hours in before... It stopped working.
On Christmas, a friend bought me the game and another friend bought me the DLC so I decided to check it out again by playing through the first expansion. Immediately I was back into playing this amazing game. I then stopped for some time and decided to read the books. People will say you don't need to read the books to play the games but I would disagree as they add so much, the game provides easter eggs that weren't apparent before and many other references one wouldn't notice unless they read the books.
I then went back to the game and decided to try out NG+, playing in the way I believe GERALT would act, not myself. In doing this I found myself more invested in all the characters and the story, finally understanding references I hadn't understood before. After finishing the story, I played through the expansions again (Which is absolutely amazing, Hearts of Stone has a story that is actually better than the main story and Blood and Wine provides a fresh experience to the Witcher game while also adding more of the same, loved content.)
Overall an amazing game with fun combat that can be difficult at times, amazing RPG elements, characters you can get invested in and 2 amazing expansions. Would definitely recommend to buy.

Brilliant game, to the people talking about a poor port, it's not really. It's optimised for AMD (DX12 has AMD support, not Nvidia support) If you've got an AMD card you'll actually run it well. I'm on a 960 running it at 40-60FPS on low. It's not a poor port, it's just optimised for AMD like countless other games are optimised for Nvidia.

So I started and finished Firewatch today in 3 hours
It's a pretty interesting and fun game but too short for the price of 20 euro. The story is creepy and then gets kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up with a depressing ending. It's worth torrenting but I wouldn't say buy it. Also it's a bit too linear, they made it sound like a huge world to explore but there isn't much out there to explore sadly.

Got this game as a HUGE Hotline Miami fan and damn. I thought it was amazing. Hotline Miami was hard but this is a whole new level. I got a record of 40 minutes completion on Hotline Miami 1 and this game is intense. Took me 30 mins for 1 mission. More enemies, they're more aware, all the different characters you have to get used to. I thought that the lore was brilliant also. All the character's stories intertwine, also referencing to the previous game. I would reccommend and also, the soundtrack is amazing. I think better than the first. I can't wait until the level editor!

Fully customized an M4 and shot up a suburb, killing 32 people then read the newspaper to see that they called me a serial killer. 10/10 would shoot up again.

Early Access Review
I woke up in the night, lasers shining through the walls of my house. I slowly crept around my towering house, shotgun in hand. I quickly made my way to the top floor, slowly pulling out my bolt action rifle. I searched the surrounding area for enemies. That's when I saw them. 4 men, clothed in leather, each armed with a pistol and one with an M4. I aimed my rifle at one of them and took the shot. The bullet killed on impact. Within seconds, I had killed two more. The guy with the M4 was left. I looked around, searching for him. Bullets flew by me, hitting the wooden walls behind, sending splinters flying. I ducked for cover and listened closely. The storm of bullets kept coming and then I heard a click, indicating the gunman was out of ammo. I ran out of my house, shotgun in hand. I ran up to the gunman, noticing that he was naked. I put my shotgun up to his head, shouting at him not to move. I ordered him into my house. I shot at his feet and made him jump around, as if dancing. I told him to stop and gave him clothes. I let him sit by the fire and gave him some food. This man thought he was safe, but he was far from it. I removed my 9mm pistol from my belt, cocking it quietly. I put the gun up to his head as he ate. I pulled the trigger, causing him to bleed. The man ran around my house, bleeding. I stood and watched as he flailed about, slowly bleeding out. I opened my door and let him run out. Minutes later, I saw the death message in chat. I warned the attackers to never return. I was safe. Then I heard the ticking of C4.
10/10 this game is amazing, especially for early access!
