Probably the best hockey game on PC apart from modding old NHL games. It definitely focuses more on the roguelite, arcade-y style rather than pure hockey gameplay, but the mechanics are solid enough and still scratches that itch. There's a good variety of characters, abilities, and artefacts and I enjoyed going through many runs and unlocking/finding them all.

Unfortunately, and I hope this gets better with further updates, but it does get stale fairly quickly. Once you've seen all the abilities, runs do start to feel the same. Although I do enjoy the base hockey gameplay, the replayability definitely dies down. I think this can get fixed over time with more variety of abilities, artefacts, and enemy teams. And not sure if we will ever see it, but many people are clamouring for some classic hockey game modes like a season or fantasy mode. Although I feel like the devs are much more focused on the arcade style to do something like that.

TLDR: Probably the best hockey PC game out there, although you'll definitely like it more if you're into roguelites and more arcade-style gameplay.
