Train yourself to resist delicious food.

Step 1. Empty pockets of coins or money, leave the atm/NETS card at home.

Step 3. Go to sushi place where the sushi rides on a conveyor. Listen, they're calling your name. Now check your wallet, no card, nada. Now give that sushi a sayounara.

Step 4. Go to your favorite hawker, and see how the oil on suspended chicken rice, and char siew make it sparkle at a distance. See how the rice on nasi padang seems like a place of white purity amidst the colorful sauces surrounding it. See how the mixed veggies is a beautiful chaos. Then you remember you left money at home, just because!

Step 5. Go to your favorite bakery, look at the cake. The red velvet said she's for you to take. The freshly baked smell, the warmth of newly opened oven, they're all waiting for the move that you'll make. But today is not the day, because you ain't got nothing with you to pay.
