QUANDO LA NOSTALGIA INCONTRA LA NEXT GEN!
Mafia: Definitive Edition, più che un gioco, si rivela un'opera d'arte. Una gemma rara che, a differenza di molti titoli odierni, non punta alla "nostalgia forzata", quanto alla possibilità di includere videogiocatori di vecchia scuola e player next-gen nella sua community. La scelta del developer di creare non una remaster (idea, pare, molto comune al giorno d'oggi, sebbene con risultati spesso scadenti), bensì un remake. Interessante dal trailer di lancio ai titoli di coda, Mafia: Definitive Edition "prende spunto" dal titolo originale del 2002, prendendosi qualche libertà creativa per migliorare ed espandere una storia ben scritta e ben strutturata con un taglio cinematografico da tripla A, delle animazioni facciali realistiche e sorprendenti, oltre ad un sapiente uso delle texture ad alta fedeltà. Il gameplay è stato -ovviamente- rivisto e migliorato: il sistema dei ripari già visto in Mafia III conserva ancora qualche difetto (come il delay dei controlli), ma in generale regala delle belle soddisfazioni durante le fasi concitate di diverse missioni tutto piombo e azione. Tutto ciò senza intaccare la classica firma della serie di Mafia, ovvero la "modalità simulazione": infatti, è ancora possibile guidare un'automobile con un controllo manuale sulla trasmissione, prestando sempre attenzione al pattinamento delle ruote. Tutto ciò rende il gioco molto realistico e mette il giocatore a confronto col personaggio, dotato di grande destrezza alla guida. La fisica dei veicoli non è certo perfetta; purtroppo, la fisica Havok ogni tanto fa i "capricci": non è nulla di serio, anche se qualche volta riesce a regalare qualche momento esilarante. Parlando di grafica e simulazione del mondo, c'è ben poco da dire: Mafia: Definitive Edition è un titolo da tripla A che spinge al massimo il proprio motore di gioco. Dimenticate le stradine deserte della Lost Heaven di vent'anni fa - ogni centimetro della città è popolato da svariati NPC, tutti diversi, attivi ed intenti a compiere azioni come nel mondo reale. La distruttibilità dello scenario è molto alta: durante le sparatorie, infatti, sparare contro i nascondigli dei nemici farà volare via pezzi di legno, intonaco, vetro ecc., così come scorrazzare con la macchina attraverso le bancarelle di Little Italy farà saltare in aria arance e limoni (oltre a danneggiare in modo visibile il nostro veicolo). L'occhio vuole la sua parte; e Mafia: Definitive Edition contiene una miriade di dettagli che rendono il mondo di gioco vivo e credibile.
Per i veterani, è presente la "Modalità Classica": questo livello di difficoltà presenta diverse nuove sfide - anche se a volte può trasformarsi in un incubo (si, parlo proprio della corsa automobilistica); tuttavia, completare il gioco a questa difficoltà vi riempirà di soddisfazione.

Per concludere, Mafia: Definitive Edition è una lettera d'amore ai fan, un'opera che ha richiesto tempo e fatica e che dovrebbe servire da esempio a molte software house che si danno tante arie da "AAA developers". Certo, questo prodotto non è esente da bug e glitch grafici, ma sono tutti problemi di entità minuscola, appena in grado di attirare l'attenzione del giocatore per qualche istante. In generale, questo prodotto è stato fatto con amore, cura ed attenzione... e saprà regalarvi tante ore di divertimento, farcite da una trama degna di Mario Puzo.
A due anni dall'uscita, mi sento di dire che questo capitolo della serie Mafia è "definitivamente" un capolavoro.

Voto finale: 9.8/10 (0.2 rimossi dal conteggio finale per qualche lieve problema di ottimizzazione, un po' di stuttering e qualche piccolo bug)

Il primo gioco di una trilogia che ha cambiato tutto e... che mi ha cambiato la vita. Mass Effect apre la strada ad un universo cento volte più complesso di Star Wars e diecimila volte più completo di un qualunque Sci-fi.
Ho finito, proprio ieri, di rigiocare Mass Effect 3 per, quanto... la sedicesima volta? Ogni volta i sentimenti sono gli stessi: tristezza, senso di vuoto alla fine e felicità nel vedere ciò che ho creato con il mio Comandante Shepard.
L'ho comprato su Steam relativamente da poco, ma sono appassionato a questo capolavoro dal 2009. Grazie BioWare, questo gioco non verrà mai dimenticato.

3 CAMPAIGNS. 3 CHARACTERS. A LOT OF GUNS.
Aliens vs. Predator™ is an awesome game with a lot of things taken from the Alien(R), the Predator(R) and the Alien vs. Predator(R) film and game series. In this great game, you have 3 campaigns, that are in relationship one with the other. In one of them you can be a Marine, a "Recruit", in the other one you can be the ALIEN, Number 6 (The best for me) or the Predator, the "Novice". Each campaign have different interfaces, guns, method of combat, of walking and other things. Once you complete a mission, your grade will rise up, so you can unlock better characters for multiplayer. (Oh, in each campaign you can recover things: Marine: Audio Diary; Alien: Her Majesty's Nectar; and I'll let you discover for the Predator). The multiplayer is also awesome: no LAG, no hackers and NO CAMPERS. Said that, the graphic is pretty good (to don't say great) and the game runs perfectly on old and new PCs. Oh, another thing: musics are epic, and they follow you on all the campaigns. Then, if you like Multiplayer maps, consider that there are two DLCs, that add maps. So, what's my rating ? 10/10. Exactly. Nice work to all the AvP staff!

Perfect. The Just Cause 2: Multiplayer Mod have the power to make the JC2 feelings return. It is completely open, and is really powerful. The only bad thing is that I can't change the keybindings. Fix that, and the epicity of Panau will return back once again.

ALONE IN THE HOT, NUKED DOWN MOJAVE!

It's there that your adventure begin. Shoot radioactive animals, kill bad guys, do missions, create natural first-aid kits and FIND THE M*THERF**KER WHO HAVE SHOT'D YOU IN THE FACE. So, why you don't smile ? You have radios, guns, (maybe chicks), drinks... BE HAPPY! WELCOME TO /L///S/ NEW VEGAS. ENJOY YOUR STAY.

It's true that the game have some problems, but it is FUN. Please continue the work on TD: RS. It can be better. Don't stop now. Please.

Best game ever. And now it's on sale! I think that I'll rebuy it. Thanks Valve, Team Garry, and FacePunch Studios, for giving us the glory, for giving us the happines, for giving us... Garry's Mod. xD Seriously, best game ever, congratulations!

Il gioco è molto bello, bisognerebbe soltanto variare tra i suoni, che sono praticamente tutti identici :/ per il resto è eccezionale, il miglior simulatore di armi da fuoco esistente!
