From a person who plays GG since the very first one, I thought the simplification of the game mechanics would r.i.p. the game.

BUT after spending some time in practice and rocking in some online matches, for my surprise, they didn't kill the mechanics at all! Arc System really simplified the game up to a level where casual players can enjoy the game too! They didn't lie! It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Christmas miracle! Hooray!

Yeah, I know, they bend the knee a tiny little bit to the cancel-culture-kiddo-weirdos. The female costumes are not as hot as they used to be (I miss I-No's naked boombas too), but hey, at least the didn't nerf the mechanics down to a "gamer journalist" level.

To me, that's a 75% win.
