Just had too many issues with the PSN integration.
Wasting a couple hours because of that just took the fun out of starting this again.

Fast-paced slashing through enemies with some puzzle aspects.

New World seems to be a nice looking, exciting MMO with interesting mechanics. Join up with your friends, defeat powerful foes, gather, and craft. Make sure to also log in at the exact same time as your friends, otherwise they might reach endgame by the time you hit the server selection.

So far, the experience has been great... if I was playing a queue simulator. I know everyone has been talking about queue times, and out of everyone, Amazon should have a handle on that. Because yea, they definitely should.

But so far, my main issue is not with the queue times, because that would imply that I can queue. My "playtime", if you can call it that, has been waiting for the server list to load. After over 2h of waiting for it, it still is illusive to me. Maybe I have better luck taking a picture of Bigfoot than playing the game, or even joining the queue.

So, until they fix their abhorrent server issues, I can’t recommend this game. Unless you enjoy looking at a spinning circle/a number to slowly, and not even surely, to go down.
