From the very first time at the top, I clearly saw my goal. It was that far away golden cauldron, and at the time, the task felt impossible, unendurable, so far...
But every grapple, every push and every jump, I was inching closer towards my final destination. Win by win, I was getting closer to the end goal, to the end of my journey.
And today, that journey did come to an end.
I have achieved it, but where is the happiness I so eagerly anticipated, where is the glee from such a trimph?
Alas, not the achievement, but the idea of chasing it, that made me strive, that brought me joy, and now that the journey is over, there's only emptyness from having no more aspiration, no more goal...
But oh well, I think I'll get over it.
