**IMPORTANT**

I am a South African DBD Player which means that I play at a High ping, I apologise if any of my killer hits look ludicrous (some of them absolutely are!) but please understand that from my perspective about 90% of them appear perfectly fine (with the exception of pallet shenanigans or playing against other high ping gamers) Now regardless of how it looks on my screen this still gives me an advantage as survivors may think they're safe on their screen when in reality on my screen they aren't (think of it as though your actual hitbox is lagging behind you slightly)

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this and no, I'm not going to stop playing the game. I'm not going to defend myself either and while I know that seems selfish, please try to understand how it feels for me being told that I can't play a game that I paid for and enjoy because I sometimes get a competitive advantage in a non-competitive format.

If DBD ever get's a competitive mode, I will not play it because I recognise that would cause problems and at the same time I cannot nor will ever play in any sanctioned tournaments for what that's worth. At the end of the day if you're still mad at me, I can't change that. If you feel wronged or cheated then I wish you the best of luck in your next games and if you ever do find me again you should know how to play against me so here a list of High ping counters:

- Never camp pallets, always pre-throw to avoid the mind game
- I am almost ALWAYS closer than you think I am
- Windows are safe once you're on the opposite side of them, I don't have a longer hurt-box, your hit-box is the thing that's lagging behind
- There is literally nothing I can do about flash-bangs
- I will always lose head-on mind-games
- Plague is unplayable at high ping
- Pallet vacuum is ridiculous at high ping so you can often stun me from farther away than it may seem (I suspect its because the game is compensating by trying to predict where I will be ahead of time)
- Wiggle-dodging me while I'm playing blight, nurse, wesker, demo, nemesis, huntress, spirit, pyramid head, death-slinger, twins is super effective because your player model isn't where your hit-box is so it confuses the auto aim and causes me to whiff often
- Spinning me as an m1 killer can often have a simillair result for the same reason
- If I'm playing Wraith, I will never win the ping war for a pallet break/window vault whilst cloaked
- As Bubba or Billy something weird happens to the chainsaw hit-box where hugging certain structures too tightly is very much impossible, more so than usual
- Ghost-face's reveal mechanic is tied to ping so you can easily reveal me even if I duck out of cover, particularly when it comes to shorter structures I try to crouch behind
- Locker grabs, gen grabs and hook grabs are almost impossible to pull off for me
