Piżamka enjoys working without supervision and always continues to carry out duties effectively. But also knows when a supervisor’s advice or authority is required, and seeks help at the appropriate time. Piżamka copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period.
