Not a massive fan of this type of game but this is pretty good, would be nice to see a bit more optimisation , but the early crashes seemed to have stopped and the gameloop is pretty fun with friends.
I am getting 70-80fps 1440p on medium to low setting with upscaling on a 6900xt and 5800x3d, it's smooth as long as you get into a good server, many of the ones I get into are rubber bandy nightmares though, and you have to leave till you find a good one.
Alternatively you can use fsr native aa with framegen and get 120fps , looks better and is smooth, there is more latency but not actually as bad as I expected.

The game is superb, the reviews are bad right now because of Sony's decision to make linking to psn a requirement, even in countries without access to psn.
This has now been reversed and won't be happening. Buy it if you like shooting things [in games preferably].
FOR DEMOCRACY!!! The people spoke and all credit to Sony, they listened.
I just feel sorry for Arrowhead in all this they must have been on an emotional roller coaster since launch. The game is brilliant

If you like the game play of road rash and like Rouge lite games this is great.
I really like the music although there are a few tunes that I am pretty sure I have heard before and feel like they have been covered or possibly just copied. There is one that is like a Metallica track with the absolute minimum changes to pass copyright infringement. Pretty sure I heard some Billy Talent in there as well .

Just finished it. It's better than The Witcher 3, which up until now was my favourite game of all time

I was so looking forward to the full release, thinking things would be tidied up and we might get some big name boxers added to the roster, but instead we got as complete change in the way the game plays, yes some punches have more impact but everything feels else floaty, the block has a weird delay on it, counters are harder to pull off, the camera is ♥♥♥♥. And if you want 6 extra boxers its £20 and the only one you would want is Bivol. One good thing is they made it harder but maybe too hard. I get battered on pro now when before undisputed was a piece of piss once you got the hang of the controls. Feel like I would have to re learn everything, which I might do some time and the review might change again.

Edit: getting used to it, not as good as it was but still the best boxing game released on pc ever and with a bit more polish could be the best boxing game fullstop

Old review
Love it. A spiritual successor to Fight Night Champion [the best fight night game imo]. Has very similar controls but there is more depth to what you can do.
It looks awesome and plays great, I played a few games with my mate online and that seemed to go well too.
Just don't expect a full game, it's just exhibition matches for the single player.
Oh and the judges are completely useless, just like real life, they really nailed the realism
Update:
Having now played for quite awhile I can say this game will one day be a great boxing game.
The latest updates have made boxing the cpu a joy but the online netcode needs work.
It can feel fine when you are playing, but if you are talking to the person you are playing you will find out you don't always see the same things on the screen at the same time. Punches you think are landing are blocked or avoided, sometimes you will be hit with invisible punches. But it's still fun.
People saying fight night is still way better, seem to know little about indy vs aaa studios and the vast amount of money aaa studios have . Also they might not have played fight night for awhile, been playing it on an emulator and as great as it is, Undisputed feels a lot more fluid and faster with more depth to what you can do, when it's is complete it will be great

I loved the first game and this seems even better.
It is incredibly fast, has great music and has imo the best control system of any of these type of games. Similar to flying a drone with the strafing. It also has a huge amount of races like the first game. If you like Wipeout ,Pod racer and f-zero you should love this.
