If you are interested in it solely for the 'VR' part, I think its worth giving a try. On the other hand, if you are experienced with MMOs and are looking for a new/improved experience from other titles, I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Steep learning curve but really fun once you get the hang of it.

One of my favorite games I've played in a long time. Great storytelling that really invests you in the game. Only complaint is that a lot of the puzzles in the game require specific steps that can be confusing at times.

There is so much that the developers did right with Thumper. Its got great level progression, very unique rhythms that you normally do not see in most games of the genre, and very few bugs!

If you enjoy rhythm game even in the slightest, I would highly recommend grabbing a copy.
