Anti-consumer TOS/EULA, you can get a permaban for a really stupid reason if the the moderation team feels like it, I've spent money and a lot of time into this game just to get a permanent ban, it's otherwise a good game but this kills the fun, because i have spent my money for nothing, along with my time, making a support ticket does not help either as a majority of the staff are just trying to get rid of players by the looks of it, instead of helping resolving the ban, basically another form of saying "♥♥♥♥ you" to the people that made the tickets

Aight, my friend gifted me this game and I tried it for the first time and it is absoloutley amazing, the community is also awesome but there is some douchebags and yeah thats all what I gotta say
