The Long Dark is a quiet, contemplative survival game set in the frozen Canadian wilderness after a geomagnetic disaster knocks out all technology. There are no zombies, no monsters — just you, the weather, and the consequences of your choices.

1. Survival Mode (the real game)
No missions. No dialogue. Just raw survival.

Huge interconnected maps. Weather, wildlife and time are your enemies.

No two runs are the same. You’ll die of dehydration at noon and hypothermia at dusk.

2. Story Mode: WINTERMUTE
Episodic narrative with cutscenes and voice acting.

A slower, more guided experience for newcomers.

Builds momentum in later chapters — especially Episode 3 onward.

Great for onboarding, but seasoned survivors will likely prefer the freedom of Survival Mode.

🌨️ WHAT MAKES THIS GAME SPECIAL?
✅Realism
Wind, warmth, scent, wetness, fatigue, hunger, visibility — it all matters. Learn to read the land and listen to nature. It rewards patience.

✅ Masterful sound design
The creaking of trees, howling wind, or silence itself builds tension. A single snap of a twig might mean food — or a predator.

✅ Immersive, painterly atmosphere
Stylized visuals make the world feel alive, not frozen. A clear blue morning after a storm feels like a gift.

✅ Progress through experience, not XP
No skill trees or unlocks. You get better, not your character. Each decision teaches. Each death rewrites your instincts.

PROS
✔ Deeply immersive world
✔ Rewarding survival systems
✔ Massive replay value (1,400+ hours)
✔ A beautiful, somber, respectful tone
✔ Stellar environmental audio

CONS
❌ Melee/combat remains simplistic (intentionally)
❌ Story Mode can feel slow for veteran players
❌ Crafting and cooking could use more layers
❌ Some repetition in later hours if you’ve done everything

💭 FINAL THOUGHTS
The Long Dark isn’t a game — it’s a meditation on isolation, endurance, and minimalism. It doesn’t hold your hand, and it doesn’t offer easy wins. But it respects your intelligence, your time, and your effort.

After 1,400 hours, I’m not just playing The Long Dark, I was living it.

ENGLISH🎮 Secret of Grindea - A Nostalgic Journey!
I had an amazing experience playing Secret of Grindea with my brother! This indie gem combines nostalgic pixel art with a modern twist, delivering an action-packed RPG adventure.

Highlights:
✅ Challenging gameplay: The difficulty is HIGH, perfect for those who love a tough challenge (and we made it worse by playing on hard mode).
✅ Impeccable pixel art: Every detail feels like a tribute to classic RPGs.
✅ Co-op fun: Playing with my brother made the experience even better, and we got to share the grind-induced stress.

If you’re not into GRINDING, this one might not be for you! 😅

Path of Exile Review: A Masterpiece of ARPG Design

Path of Exile is, without a doubt, one of the most impressive action RPGs ever crafted. The depth of customization and build variety is unparalleled, offering near-infinite possibilities for players to experiment with skills, passive tree configurations, and item crafting. Every season, the development team at Grinding Gear Games brings fresh content, shaking up the meta with new mechanics, challenges, and items that push creativity and skill to new heights.

The player-driven economy and thriving community further elevate the experience, making Path of Exile a dynamic and ever-evolving world. The hardcore system, especially, is both challenging and rewarding, delivering a sense of accomplishment that is rare in modern games. It's astonishing that a game of this caliber is completely free to play, offering more content and depth than most paid titles.

The team behind Path of Exile deserves immense praise for their relentless commitment to improving and expanding the game. They've managed to outshine every ARPG on the market, including the legendary Diablo series. The game’s continuous evolution and the sheer scale of its offerings make it, without question, one of the greatest ARPGs ever released.

It's a long time since my last gameplay but still a huge fan...

Generation Zero is honestly one of the best robotic-themed survival games out there. The combat is good and challenging; you can easily be defeated if you get too confident, especially in the beginning. The enemies are well-balanced—not too easy nor impossible to defeat, even with the upgraded weapons you acquire later in the game. The missions are reasonable, and it's always fun to complete them, especially with friends (played with my big bro).

The story is set around 1980 when a group of friends goes on an excursion to an island in Sweden. Upon arrival, they discover that all the humans have disappeared, with signs of battle everywhere, and the area has been overtaken by machines.
The beautiful graphics of the APEX engine are impressive, and the sound effects create a suspenseful atmosphere. The detailed vegetation and changing weather conditions add an extra layer of realism. The game encourages stealth, with items like radios and flares to confuse enemies, as well as gas canisters and fuel tanks that can be exploded.

The game’s optimization is also good, allowing it to run on ultra graphics settings even on weaker computers with relative ease.
Generation Zero was designed to be enjoyed in multiplayer mode, especially for those nostalgic for the 80s. The gameplay is very good, though the story is average—not amazing, but it doesn’t disappoint either. The level progression is a bit slow, but it doesn’t hinder the experience. Overall, it’s a game that is well worth playing, especially if purchased on sale, as it’s practically a steal.

My brother and I approved;
We played 100% with gamepad.
Rating: 10/10.

Meu irmão e eu aprovamos;
Jogamos 100% com controle.
Nota: 10/10.

This is an open-world RPG that won't hold your hand or tell you what to do. There aren't those huge tutorials explaining every function and button. There won't be NPCs with glowing exclamation points above their heads indicating missions. If you want to find mission opportunities, you'll need to talk to as many NPCs as possible. The map won't tell you where to go. After completing a mission, the NPC who gave it to you will provide details on the next step, like which direction to follow. You'll need to pay close attention to the information given.

The game includes survival elements: you need to eat and drink to restore health or stamina. If you catch a cold, you might die from hypothermia; if you eat spoiled food, you could contract diseases, and so on. My brother and I died countless times.

When you start the game, you're a NOBODY, so don't try to advance and face enemies head-on, as they'll easily defeat you. It's essential to have a strategy, build your character, and be well-equipped. Try hunting animals, and if you want to take on bandits, start by taking them down one by one.

I can say this is a special game. You might play it and fall in love with it, as I did, or you might play it and dislike it, as it's not for everyone. One detail I found very nostalgic is the split-screen mode, something I haven't seen in years. You can play with someone at home through this system, in co-op mode with a friend, or even solo if you prefer.
It's a pretty fun game, and the graphics reminded me of the good old days of LAN houses, from the games we used to play online. If I'm not mistaken, it was made by a small team of only about 10 people.

I recommend Outward to people who enjoy games with a slightly slower pace (because there's no fast travel, flying, or "super running”), a unique combat system, and a difficulty level well above average, not to mention the survival elements (cold, heat, diseases). If you enjoy this type of game, you can buy it and you'll like it, but if you're not into RPGs and want things to be easy, don't try it—you'll probably regret it. If you're one of those “dopamine addicts” who loves lots of visual effects, lights, area-of-effect attacks, superpowers, and the like, don't buy it! The game is pretty “rigid” hahaha.

My brother and I approved;

We played 100% with gamed pad and 100% with remote play together.

Rating: 10/10.

Meu irmão e eu aprovamos;

Jogamos 100% com gamed pad e 100% com remote play together.

This game is really good! I really recommend if you like:
> Pixel graphics;
> Dungeoncrawler;
> Rogue lite;
> Hack n slash;
> Action RPG;
> Loot your friend when he dies HAHAHAHA.

I really liked the card system to increase the money winning percentage but also the difficulty. I played with my brother and we finished once playing 100% using remote play together (works perfectly) and both using gamepad (which works perfectly).

It took us a total of 14 hours to finish but because we were using 100% of the cards and it was difficult, absurdly difficult. For those who complain that the game is short: activate all or almost all the cards and say that it ended easily.

We are thinking of playing on the same system but to end again with the second option.
It's a great fun, good gameplay, extremely complete multiplayer and a fantastic developer duo.

It's really worth supporting. Were you curious? Test the demo! You can simply test before you buy!

The game is made by a very small team and the developer is a really nice guy. I was able to talk to him several times! Please be kind when rating and take into account that there are only 2 devs.

10/10

Approved by me and my brother.

Este jogo é muito bom! Eu realmente recomendo se você gosta de:
> Gráficos de pixel;
> Dungeon crawler;
> Rogue lite;
> Hack n slash;
> RPG de ação;

Ficou curioso? Teste a demonstração!

Streets of Rogue is a fun roguelite with RPG elements, where the main point of the game is to let you pass the levels using any means you want: you can kill enemies, knock them out, convince them to be your allies, hack computers to assist in your work... the possibilities are countless and they are in your hands!

On the side of temporary progressions, there are many items to be found, bought or cloned, in addition to having a level progression between phases.

Already in the permanent progressions, there are perks and rewards to be unlocked and also new classes for future matches!

Since the first play with my bro and the final of the game took us about 10 hours without any "mod" like unlimited ammo etc.

He played with me using remote play together. 10/10

Simple and really fun to play! 10/10

It's fun and addict, I recommend this game to everyone who likes action roguelike and hack n' slash! Indies games rock!

They can improve the game just copying games like Grim Dawn and/or Path of Exile but still good.

Good game 10/10.

A simply wonderful game, one of the best indie games I've ever played, the art is beautiful, the soundtrack is extremely well done and it's a game that pushes you to be strategic and know what you're doing.

It's fun and addict! I recommend this game to everyone and I hope that more people know about this piece of art that is called a 'game'.

They can improve some details, like you choose what beggar will do (they random choose a tool) and a little screen that show how much workers you have (and each type).

Good game 10/10.

P.S: you will hate the snow. Lol.
