Unturned Nelson Sexton yapımı bir oyundur.DayZ ve Minecraft karışımı bir oyundur ,oyunda bulduğun eşyaları kullanarak hayatta kalıyorsunuz .Oyunda multiplayer seçeneği de vardır.ağaç keserek kaya kırarak hayvan avlayarak yada zombi öldürerek XP kazanıyorsunuz.
oyunda eşyanız yokken gizlice hareket edin yeterli ekitmanınız olunca gizliliği azalta bilirsiniz.
