Although it has SEVERE design flaws (intentional or not), it still is a genre defining game, plenty of fun when it is fair, and worth at least trying.

the world feels empty but it's fun anyway; and very nostalgic

driver san francisco is WAY better but you guys can't buy that one now :(

A quick install of the unnofficial patch and it's good to go!
Great game so far, and it promises to have several playthroughs in it. Tim Cain really pulled it off twice

Im sorry, but this game has so many problems, and it's a pity because it really has potential.
Also, it's doesn't have the mojo of the other Mafia games (Feels more like a Saints Row, but with dark themes and seriousness), but the music is nice and the storyline seemed pretty original.
